Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe truck was clean, but the brakes, particuly were pretty bad.
Michael GEverything went fine. And we accepted a change of pick up location from you with a reduction of cost and that was appreciated. We will Strongly recommend.
Daniel MThe host was understanding and well trained and ready to the necessary things.
Rene LYou should have more options then yes and no in your survey questions. The truck was extremely loud and very expensive on gas. Not sure how well maintained the mecanical engine is. I reserved a truck in Granby but Uhall sent me to Knolton instead as no trucks were available in Granby. I ended up having to drive there back and forth and paying the extra gas and km fees. Uhall should have brought the truck to Granby in the first place or offer me a Discount.
