When I spoke to the virtual customer service rep. I asked if I could pick up the truck as early as 7 am. She said yes and that she would sent a link to the U-haul app so I could get the combination to the lock when I came by at 7 am to get the key. We'll, I wasn't able to get the combination from the app. In fact, I had to wait till after 9 am when the live office manager showed up so I could get the key for the truck. The truck looked a little beat up and it slightly smelled of cigarettes.
