The equipment was well-maintained; however, it's was also relatively new: it had under 10,000 miles on it. (But, too, the mileage - via the paperwork, adds another 90,000 miles.) The equipment was NOT clean … There or empty water bottles, and Red Bull cans in it, as well as VERY dirty floor mats. And, the cargo are had copious amounts of grass in it. We didn't realize this, until we arrived at our first stop at which time we blew it out with a blower. But, threaten US with a cleaning charge via the paperwork and, then, charge US full price to clean it out! :/

Took a long time to pick up truck. Amount was wrong and had to be changed.
Regina FThe alignment was completely off was pulled over due to constant swerving due to the alignment. Any time I went over 35 into 2nd to 3rd gear would violently jerk. The truck was NOT clean I know up to U-HAUL standards. The mileage on the truck was calculating the wrong amount of miles for the truck. Almost 1.5-2x more mileage than actually went . Overall It got the job done but some minor issues along the way . Overall I would rate it 4.5/10. Not the best but not the best for the price I paid..
Sean RTruck was very low on gas. Very tricky to return it at the same low level. We also reserved blankets. There were none. Guy was very unhelpful.
WILEY EI got there right before it closed, which was lucky as there was no drop box for keys.
