GARY T.Clerk modified online order, added charges without consent. Gave us a receipt meant for another customer, containing sensitive personal information including partial credit card number. Could not provide info on where or when to drop off trailer, since we had to call and ask because we did not have a receipt. Overall the worst experience I can imagine having while trying to move.
