I was promised that uhaul would add miles to the 143 miles in the contract because I had to go at least 20 miles away to pick it up since they did not have it at the location I booked it at. No, I got charged separately. Uhaul lied! That is the reason I would not recommend uhaul and will probably never use uhaul again!

I initially was going to get a 6 by 12 however after consideration, we thought there would be plenty of room in a 5 by 10, so I called and the agent switched it in the computer. The day before, I received my confirmation call and it was then I was told they quit making them, and there was a 5 by 8 at the dealership. We picked it up, and not only was it super small, it was filthy. I cleaned it out and ended up having to make another trip with a pickup to get the rest since I was supposed to have the trailer back that same day. This was not a good experience at all. I've used U-haul before and although I had issues with the salesman, I was very pleased with the trailer.
