Ratchets for the front wheel straps could use a little lube. They had a lot of gravel road dust in them and didn't want to move freely. Great Rental though and very polite service.

I was charged full price for a trailer that I had to use gas and drive an hour each way to pick up. Either there should be a free upgrade at a closer location or a discount offered because that’s ridiculous
