Connect your customer service with scheduling. They should have matching updated info on availability. After I spent hours on the phone with a reservation and then called on by scheduling, they advised there were no trucks, very rudely may I add! I had to call an office directly to arrange for my rental. Thank you Marietta office for your great service

I had to deal with 3 different uhauls for 1 move my experience has been dreadful.

The staff here had virtually no idea how to process the initial rental. When I returned the trailer that I rented, the location was a package shipping store in Houston that was not staffed. I tried to call the originating location in Kenner, La and they had no idea how to return the vehicle on line. I called the 1-800-U-HAUL number at least 5 times to get help, selected #3 for help with a current rental and NO ONE EVER PICKED UP THE PHONE! For the corporate help line no one answered to inform me about the on line return procedure. No one at the Kenner store was aware of it either. Once I went online just to try to find any help at all, I ran across the on line procedure on my own. This was a pain to deal with. Spend 5 minutes with employees and at least tell them how to return your equipment.
