RONALD W.Not a location issue, A Uhaul corporate issue. Update your systems! Reserved in Kirkland location, was called and told we had to pick up at Rocky's but could return to Kirkland. Took the trailer back to Kirkland and was told that they can't take the trailer and had to go back to Rocky's. Rockys didn't have us (in your system) returning the trailer there. It takes longer to check in/out equipment than it does to check in for a flight or rent a car. MAKE IT EASY, it's 2023!! Should take 2 minutes and a license and CC validation!!!!!!
