First we scheduled our pickup and reservation time for the truck. when we get to this location, the front desk ot store workers has problem getting their work done through the cell phone. They were complaining about the phones. the first morning shift person charged us for rent and estimate of mile we going to drive, but when we come back evening to return the truck the person has no idea about how we get our refund, because we ended up deriving it less than the estimated mileage(we paid on picking up the truck).

Casey M.Extremely frustrating experience.I appreciate your move to expedite transactions / pick-up & return with the app, but this place has very weak cell phone connection and they have no wi-fi available for customers. The owner ultimately had to complete my check-in, and my charges at the end included a mileage rate triple of that on my contract and insurance I didn't not sign up for, which I'll have to sort it out with one of your agents. The floor mats were muddy when we picked up the truck, which wasn't the worst thing, but compounded what was a difficult experience overall.

Gerald G.First, I was scheduled to pick up with uhaul kenmore. When I arrived they said my truck was moved elsewhere. While the location wasn't far away, I was not notified of this change, which is extremely frustrating. I then drive to Rockys where I attempt to complete mobile pick up. The truck is not in the lot. I have to wait on the phone with uhaul to figure it out. In all of this chaos, I forget to ask about the dolly I rented. When we get home and realize we don't have it, my husband goes back to uhaul to ask to get the dolly. They refuse to give it to him, and instead will only rent him other equipment for more money. Uhaul added unnecessary stress to an already stressful day.

Making sure that things don't get checked out if they are reserved would be helpful. We made it work but didn't have a furniture dolly like we had wanted.

CHRISTIAN A.The guy did not give me the right dolly so when I dropped it off the numbers did not match what was in the system. Over all this experience was disappointing. My original pick up was in Lynnwood and changed at the last minute to Kirkland the day of my move causing extra stress and time and money for myself.

Raymond S.2 concerns and issues: first, I had made my reservation to pick up from Ballard. It would be understandable to get matched with a nearby location like Interbay or Downtown, but to have to go to Kenmore was not easy and not appreciated and added 90 minutes to my pick up process. Second, the pick up location (Rocky's) neglected to put the dollies and pads in the truck. I realized this later and had to stop at another location (Kenmore U-Haul) to pick up those equipments. This added another 45 minutes of delay to my day, plus the U-Haul associate who was kind enough to give me the missing equipments was unhappy about having to transfer out from his inventory. Overall, between getting matched to a far location and missing equipments, this was not a smooth process and it delayed the beginning of my hectic move day by about 2 hours.

It was just the cashier at the mini market helping us.

Austin B.The store was 15 minutes late to open which made me late in picking up my truck. 10 minutes after my reservation time was to begin, I got a call from a uhaul rep saying that my uhaul had a broken transmission and that I would have to travel 45 minutes to get another truck. Surely this could have been communicated to me earlier than 10 minutes AFTER my reservation start time. After telling the uhaul rep that I had made arrangements and couldn't travel 45 minutes for another truck, she was miraculously able to find a truck (albeit smaller) at the location where I was. If it was possible to offer me another truck at the same location, why did that only come up after insisting that I needed a truck? I absolutely will not recommend uhaul and will actively advise people against using uhaul.

JAVIER P.Checkout was incredibly poor. We had to find and hook up our own trailer and there was no usual checkout process. Some how they managed to change our initial reservation of one day, to two days without any confirmation from us. We had the trailer for 12 hours and when trying to return, they told us we could not drop it off and they were not accepting anymore trailers. Even though our reservation was in town and we had to leave it at that location. Spent over an hour reaching customer service, which finally someone was able to help us. We had to bring the trailer back the next morning and again, we were told we could not drop it off. Instead I backed the trailer up and unhooked before they could say anything else. I again reached out customer service as instructed and was provided excellent service from the customer service rep I was blessed to have. If you ever have to use a uhaul product, be sure to go directly through one of there stores, and not a mini mart, or some other subbed out business. Rocky's market should be stripped of there rights to serve uhaul products. They will continue to put a bad name to your company. My experience is in no way a reflection of uhaul. It's strictly the rental location and their poor performance.

Whoever was onsite at the time, didn't volunteer to come help hitch up trailer. Unfortunately UHaul NEVER seems to have the equipment at the location you pick.
