Employees didn't seem to know what they were doing filling out info on computer. Computers so slow kept showing error, timing out. Asked same questions several times. If I had known I could have gotten trailer from another source I would have walked out.

The customer service at this location wasn't up to standards. When I first walked in, their isn't anyone around to help with anything. I walked up and down the aisle waiting and looking around for help. When someone finally approached me, sorry to say but very unfriendly service!! Very disappointed in our 'family' neighborhood store. First time there and unless it would be an emergency I would not go again.

They said I drove 14 miles and I only drove no more than 3 I used the uhoul for 30 mins and got charged 60 dollars more than the last time I used it

I don't remember the employee's name but he was very helpful even though he was not completely familiar with the Uhaul computer steps. Maybe train more of the employees on how to check in a Uhaul customer?

The owners helped us personally! They are very friendly and helpful. I love shopping here! They even brought over some moving supplies I needed from another store Bc theirs was out of stock on the items I needed!

The representative told me to add more mileage but we would only be charged according to what we used. When I turned the truck in the next day to a location at our destination they told me that was not true. I ended up paying for more miles than I used. The computer automatically reserved the truck for 2 days when were were only asking for 1 day. Again we were told that there is no refund. They said that the computer just puts how long it thinks we will need. We were only moving two hours away and we turned it in before the first day was up.

I rented a truck for less than 7 hours and had one of the worst experiences of my life. When going to rent the truck the service was terrible. They were rude and made me wait almost an hour to get the truck. Now when I went to return it there were different people. Who were just as rude. After waiting 30 minutes they told me I owed $167.23 for less than 7 hours of using the truck. The estimate was $88.65. Then they told me I drove over 120 miles. I know I barely went 80 because I mapped out the entire trip before I even picked the truck up. I am never going to go back to that store again. And if Uhaul doesn't get to the bottom of this and help me then I am never using Uhaul again.

Recommend to ask customer if they know how to set up equipment and to do courtesy lights check, I know how to do it but if my wife had to she would have a hard time, make it a standard procedure or courtesy to ask and set up for free as well along with a quick brief on what to expect during tow for thise inexperience (wife was freaking out with all noises from transport lol), goes a long way with peace of mind for trip. Overall great experience though.

It took over an hour to process my reservation. The lady and gentleman who helped were so slow, inefficient, and didn't seem confident in what they were doing. Nothing seemed to be where it was supposed to be.

Gave a completely wrong quote. Did not apply a military discount. Also the customer service representative in Kansas City to help us with our claim was shockingly rude. Cashier that gave me the key to the truck didn't know what he was doing.

My only complaint was that I reserved my truck weeks in advance for a particular location and had to drive an hour to another location to pick it up. Notice of the change was very short and I already had moving people set up for a certain time and I had to change to accommodate availability of the truck. This change came at an increased cost to me. I spoke with 3 people with your corporate scheduling and two of them could not have cared less. The third person, Marcia Lutrell, was accommodating and customer friendly. She is the only person with U-Haul that I dealt with who deserves big kudos. Ms. Lutrell is the only reason I would ever return to U-Haul. The folks at Midwest Ace Hardware were terrific also. Very quick and easy pickup, and they took time to educate the customer on the truck being rented.

Not require duplicate documents: I completed everything online then repeated it again at the pick up location because the nonchalant rep had little interest in helping find our online form. (We even had our confirmation number) Completely separate issue, I requested a pick location online but when I received my confirmation email the night before it was in a different location 30 minutes away. I called for an explanation and was left on hold and passed between multiple reps in multiple locations all explaining they couldn't help or explain. I'm also receiving duplicate emails for pick up and receipt info with confirmation numbers of both my online and written document. Any follow up explanation would be greatly appreciated.
