Scott B.Very helpful but seemed to struggle knowing what trucks they had onsite. Filled out paperwork for a truck they didn't even have onsite. Then didn't remove the truck from the system which caused problems with the next location to offer assistance. All in all both locations handled things but something that probably should have taken an hour, took 3. We made it safe and dropped everything off the next day by 4 PM. No harm, no foul. Besides a little education needed, they worked through things. I'd still recommend them.
