I took the trailer the same day that I got it he took my paperwork. He gave me back my cash deposit. I had nothing to prove that I even purchased or rented the trailer from you then I get a message the very following one day stating that I need to return it, or I will be on the hook for further charges at that point I had no idea what to do. Only thing that I knew is that I turned in the trailer and I was being harassed for something that I had not done wrong. I was a product of a system that had failed.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe bigger challenge came with not understanding the charges. Evidently U-Haul charges a flat fee when it is one way. If you calculate the daily rate and miles and it would have been closer to $260 not $396.
larry rExcellent service to drop of the truck! Love that they has a drop off box for the keys! And they were able to provide me a storage unit also!
KYRA AThe guy behind the counter was great. The truck was very clean and ran really well.
