No one there to release truck to me. Had to wait almost an hour for person to show up. Was originally told no one there til 2 pm when reservation was for 9 am. Had movers coming an hour after pickup appointment & I had to push their arrival time back. The stress that I went through to pick up the truck was incredible. I do not appreciate the lousy customer service I received there.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulOwner very nice and helpful.
Christie KLocation was far from home for me. Rough location, no dedicated staff to help with rental. Kind of just did it all myself, staff eventually showed up, and I was on my way, but overall VERY inconvenient location for me. Disappointed in Uhaul on this move….
Donato CI called twice to check the trailer was correct size and would be there. Never returned my phone call and trailer wasn't the right size when I showed up. Will be renting from a different place next time
James MManager was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location.
