The location was good, perfectly acceptable. A little dirty, retail items were covered in dust and needed to be wiped clean before purchase but the staff was helpful and friendly. My only gripe was that the prior vehicle inspection was not thorough and missed major previous items in disrepair. Scratches rusted over and minor dents.VICTORR G.

When i return my truck i been told crew member that Eveerthing is ok just dropped key in key box which i did. I rented for only 3 hours. They charged me $25 cleaning fee. I called and after 50 minutes waiting some one told me is justified. They want charge people for no reason .MEHADIAL M.
VERY POOR customer service. The employees were having conversations with each other and not attending to the customers. I had to repeat myself several times. They clearly do not like their jobs. The employee charged me for furniture pads but forgot to give them to me because her conversation with her coworker was so much more important. The laziness. Awful. Truck was dirty inside. They told us to simply drop off the truck at the end of the night and apologized for the website being down the day before which caused total chaos. We dropped the truck and put the keys through the slot as directed. Then received a call three days later charging us an extra day because we didn't use the app to show the truck was returned. They didn't tell us to do that and the app was down the whole day before. So Uhaul made a mistake and charged us double the cost. You should be ashamed to do business this way.Thomas K.

I went to location and told the agent I didn't want to go to the drop off location he was suggesting and gave the one nearest my house only to get to the drop off location and find it was still not the one they put in causing me to pay more money also while making the reservation online I'm not sure why I live on the same block with a U-Haul location but have to be sent across town to get a truck and to have to pay for those extra miles too when U-Haul could have easily given me a truck at the location at my house and have their employees get another truck from said location and bring it to the other locationRHOMANEOMIEL O.
