Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe truck I rented drove great! But I had to go far to pick it up!..it had an empty tank. There needs to be more 15' trucks available to accommodate their popularity. My overall experience was a 9 out of 10. Thank you.
Leslie EWait half an hour at pickup location tobe seen. Office was very untidy.
SHELDON AExtremely nice guys, very helpful and I would definitely rent from this location again!
MARCEL DNo one was at the location for scheduled pickup and had to wait for an hour until contacting another local uhaul location that knew how to contact the person to come back to their office. Only had the auto transport unit for 4 hours and arrived back 45 minutes before scheduled closing. Waited 1 1/2 hours to never having anyone show back up after repeated calls and messages to individual in charge of rental. Finally got a live person with Corporate Uhaul to assist with unatt3nded drop off procedures. Very poor experience renting from that location.
