One particular employee was extremely unprofessional. Upon check in she had her cellphone on the counter with her boyfriend laughing and singing through the phone while she was doing my rental contract. As a result, all the information she put in about the gas level and mileage of vehicle did not match the vehicle they pulled up for me. When I realized that there was only half tank of gas in vehicle instead of the 3/4 she stated, I went back in to store. At this point the employee still not only had her boyfriend on the phone but a friend showed up in the store and all three of them were having a good old time while I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me . I finally had to interrupt and have her correct my contract. The other staff members were fine and had no issues at all with vehicle itself.

There are a lot of customers and I feel like the employees are stretched thin. They provide fantastic customer service but don’t have a lot of help.

The wait time to get help inside was frustrating. I was there at 8am on Thursday morning?? Lots of U-Haul employees moving all through the building but only 1 person to help the clients secure equipment. There was 1 couple in front of me when i got there and 3 behind me when i left. The 6x12 that I rented had a bad tire, I noticed the tire, not U-Haul employee. I brought it to the attention of the employee and he immediately switched me to another unit. What if I hadn't looked? I wonder if the tire was replaced?

The straps on the car dolly were frayed, and we had to readjust them 3 times a days for 5 days. When we dropped it off, the technician had to cut it to remove it from my cars axil, which it had wrapped around. We were VERY lucky the car didn’t come off of the dolly and kill someone.

I've used this company many times but must say this time was very unpleasant, On the phone I reserved a 17 ft truck at the Beach/Southside branch. Got there & they gave the last one to the customer ahead on me in line. The guy called & stated Philips & Unv branch was holding one for me. Went there & they said it wasn't there that it was at the Emerson& Philips branch, They had nothing on me or any trucks available. ARG! Luckily the support tech & mgr at the Philips &Unv gave me a 20 ft truck at the 17' ft price....THAT was awesome! But the run around wasn't.

The workers in the store act like doing their job is an inconvenience. There was a big sign that said customer entrance that was locked. I stood there for ten minutes and had to figure out for myself that i needed to use the other entrance while employeesies just watched me stand there. Equipment in good shape but customer service is terrible

Better communication among employees. I was inconvenience due to U-Haul.com and closure of another place. I return the equipment just over 24 hours but was still charged for two days on the final receipt. I have emailed the manager and have not gotten a response

Was told to pull my car around, and pointed out what trailer I would be taking. Waited for the gentleman to return, which he did not. Parked the trailer up myself. I was then checked out by another sales person and okayed my work. Trailer license plate light did not work. Would recommend sales people to complete each customers need start to finish before walking away.

The guy that checked me out was working as hard as possible. I was sent to this location from your w Edgewood location. The wait was horrible for multiple people to be there but only one person was helping customers. We waited for what felt like an eternity

Staff was just ok with customer service. They allowed the access driveway to get clogged with drop off vehicles and had no means of clearing the driveway. Caused us to stay half in and out of the road causing traffic issues. The flow pattern is confusing and needs to be revamped. The trailer worked as desired.
