Clarify the billing process as no instructions about refueling charges. Truck was returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered. Actually I recall it being more than The less than 1/4 tank as I put over 4 gallons. When I contacted customer service a manager has not called as promised. Definitely not satisfied!!

Clear language barrier. Even though all CC information was already given - we spent 30 min reserving and putting all our information with a UHaul representative prior to arrival - so we could just check-in and go..... We had to go through the ENTIRE rental process all over again. Even though we had a rental ID, reservation number, etc - still had to do it all over again. With someone that spoke a different language.We were also told that a dolly and ramp were included with the 15ft rental - NO PRE INSPECTION WAS DONE. I was just handed a set of keys - and then they pointed to a truck. I didn't realize there was no dolly until I arrived at the packing location. - THEN later that evening we had a check engine light come on in the truck, had to wait for a technician - put us a whole day behind. - We were traveling 500 miles so we couldn't get started until the check engine light was checked.
erika lGas tank only had 1/4 so filled it to 1/2. But was great in a pinch when other uhaul location couldn’t assist! Would totally use Graces Market location again.

Steven HThe location on Powers avenue was my worst experience ever with u haul. The lady who handled my rental was racist and don't deserve that position. I gave her my credentials and instead of handing them back to me she placed them on the counter. I asked nicely could she hand them back like I gave them to her? She gave an icey stare then slowly gave them back and proceeded to put sanitizer on her hands. REALLY?! I will never visit that location again.
