Dump this dealer TODAY!!! Does not speak English well at all. No clue on how to do a return. Tried to change me $58.00 at return but could not state why the charge was assessed. Could not ( or refused) to give me return verification for check in - said " too busy, do it later". Kept asking if the rental was from AZ (truck license plate) ignoring rental originating from Tampa, Fl. I had to call U Haul directly to explain this horrible experience and get them to check me in over the phone!!! Location is an old, very dilapidated convenience store that absolutely reeks when you enter it... Who in their right mind signed this place up as a dealer??? Shame on you U Haul!
