First they said they didn't have the utility dolly, and then he found one. They forgot the blankets. Just a little disorganised, but REALLY nice people working there!

Teresa PSeat was broke so I had to drive 2 hours with my toes! Truck was filthy dirty. I had to clean the back out before putting anything in it. In cab was filthy, the tire indicator light was on the dash because the tire was low. Had to stop for air! Gas was not where they told me or indicated on the paperwork. It was lower as if someone used it for personal use on my account. Alignment was way off, window had a small crack, it was by far the scariest uhaul or vehicle in general that I have ever driven. Very disappointed
