The person that waited on us was deaf and it was very hard to communicate with her , rather frustrating, but it wasn't her fault at least she was trying , when we got there 2 men were sitting in a truck watching us and it ended up being the man that owes the place , there was clothes on a couch like someone is living there , then when we returned it no one was there place all locked up and this was an hour before they were to close. Had to call uhaul on what to do. That being said after we got the truck I had to call uhaul 2-3 times to keep it longer and was treated very well by the staff I talked to. They were nice , friendly and helpful

Have a person there to assist in pick-up and drop-off of the truck. I reserved 10 moving blankets, but couldn't get them because no one was there. I do not like the self pick-up and drop-off. If I have to do all the work for them, I should be compensated. Also, the place was junky and dirty.

When I picked up the truck it showed it had little less than 1/2 tank of gas. The truck only had 1/8 of a tank of gas. I dropped it off with 3/4 a tank. I did tell the rental folks but they did not seem that concerned. I wish I would have looked before I drove off, but I didn't so I ended up spending way more in fuel than I should have.

The gentleman used a phone to take a picture of my license, front and back. I am not real comfortable with that. How do you ensure this information is deleted from their personal phone? What if he lost his phone or it was stolen?

I was a day early arrived at 7:30 a.m. I waited until 9:00 no one was at the office. Went to Walmart and came back still no one was around. I unhooked the trailer RV 1646 B and took a picture of the trailer at 406 N. State Iola, Ks. I feel U-Haul could use the text so us consumers can alert you the when the trailer has been returned.

Do a better job of measuring the gas accurately. I was told the by a service person whom I called the milage driven was 40 miles. They asked me to put in 12.5 gallon of gas. I don't think even this large engine gets that bad of milagel.

I think this location is being run by incompetent complete morons. Seriously felt like I was just stared at when I went to drop off. There was an open sign but the person there wAs not an employee was elderly and I think had Alzheimer’s. I am not being funny I really think the elderly gentleman there was some kind of dementia. I was then forced to speed almost 45 minutes on the phone with U-Haul to ensure I was checked in for the return. The guy at the location had absolutely no clue on what to do. The store, the lot and the experience left me wondering why a national company like U-Haul would even allow this location to represent their brand. UNBELIEVABLE..

Check in difficult b/c of language barrier. The guy is nice but also showed up late. Truck had not be swept out. It was dirty, not dusty. I had to sweep it out before using to keep our furniture clean. The truck was in good working order.

No one at location,note on the door to call 5 different numbers that no one would answer,nobody around so I wanted for a hour till someone should up that was very rude and would not talk to me. Just told me to park it and leave it,and would not answer my questions. Waiting 1hour for someone made me miss my flight out of Kansas City back home,so I had to get a hotel room and a flight the next day...so I had to spend another 275.00 so I am not happy at all with the drop off location. Very nasty and dirty!!!
