Had some problems uploading my drivers license. The local dealer was able to take a photo and fix the missing drver's license issue

Savannah W.They were really nice, helpful to their customers in Iola. Uhaul scheduling service didn't do well to help balance their work load though that day, so they were slammed. We waited over 2 hours to get my receipt and get my car loaded onto the auto transport. Needed better instruction to remind customer to not only double check hitch, hitch chains, and front tires but to remind customers at every stop to check the Chain in back under the vehicle. Mine came loose some how & was dangling at end of trip from Iola to Dallas. Thankful the car stayed on the trailer and didn't bounce around too much.
Alyssa R.When the scheduled drop Off time is 6 am that's when I am dropping off. Getting charged an after hour fee dropping off when scheduled is bullshit it's not my fault that the location is not open yet that a uhaul scheduling problem.

Robert M.I had to pick up the rental at a distant location. Although I was given free miles for that part of the trip I was still out for my extra time and fuel. And I had little advance notice to make adjustments. I know that you have issues with repairs, delays, movement, and etc. I'm not sure what else you could/should have done differently. Just stating my issue. I also did not get the pads I requested and had to visit several other uhaul reps to find some.

STEVEN G.The strap was broken on the auto transport when we arrived to use it. If we hadn't asked for directions on how to hook it up we wouldn't have noticed it until we got it back to our home 30 minutes away and then would have had to drive back again! Apparently it was not inspected when it was delivered to them which caused us to have to drive the truck an hour and half in the opposite direction to pick up the closest auto transport available. This location needs better customer service!!

LEXUS B.The guy who took care us, was deaf and it am not against deaf but there could have been a sign stating a deaf person works here so it wouldn't be a weird interaction and it would have been more prepared. Also, he forgot the blankets in paid for. Really not a good location to have a haul but it worked.
Amber P.The agent did not know anything about my contract or the equipment. The ratchets on the car transport were almost unworkable. The appliance dolly I asked for was not in the truck. The gas tank was not full.

Mark T.The person that waited on us was deaf and it was very hard to communicate with her , rather frustrating, but it wasn't her fault at least she was trying , when we got there 2 men were sitting in a truck watching us and it ended up being the man that owes the place , there was clothes on a couch like someone is living there , then when we returned it no one was there place all locked up and this was an hour before they were to close. Had to call uhaul on what to do. That being said after we got the truck I had to call uhaul 2-3 times to keep it longer and was treated very well by the staff I talked to. They were nice , friendly and helpful

I do not like the self pick-up and drop-off. If I have to do all the work for them, I should be compensated. Also, the place was junky and dirty.
