You need to let the customer know about your rates and your policies before they rent the equipment. I only needed the trailer.I rented for approximately 6 hours.I was charged for 2 days and told that when I dropped it off.The money that I didn't use would be returned to me and then come to find out that it's the policy.They automatically charge you for 2 days if you take something on a one way trip. That was not explained to me.In fact, just the opposite.I was led to believe that the two day rental fee,was just a formality! It was a very gross case of misrepresentation!

Trefor FFull dependability on the app is convenient but sometimes lacking when it’s a rural area. Pick up was very out in the country, person there did not have access to computer and my phone barely had any signal. Most of the check in steps wouldn’t load and the guy just gave me the truck and told me to finish the processes later. When I went to the app, when I did have better signal, the check in process wasn’t available and the app acted as if I had already completed everything.
