The journey with this location might start with rusty but in the end, it came with a satisfied result. The owner of the location was helpful and trustworthy. He admitted the mistake that he made and refunded the extra charge back to my account. I was very impressive the honesty manner that the owner presented. I would definitely to recommend my friends to this location again. My suggestion to this location is to make sure that the business hours display on the front door and website are the same as the real business opening hours in order to avoid any confusion in the future.

I reserved a 6x12 ramp trailer,. Got home and realized rear gate/ramp was narrower then the trailer,. Would not work. You guys reversed the charges and found a car hauler. I was on road just over an HR. Awesome ..Thank You.. Luis

This is the WORST experience I've ever had with any company. Not only did no one show up, they also didn't notify me that they wouldn't show up and I had no way of contacting them for an hour after my appointment. When I finally reached them, they were little to no help. Once I finally got the keys and thought my nightmare with Uhaul was over, you incorrectly charged me three times. I now have an extra $205 on my credit card, which no one can explain. Just another sleezy company I will never be giving my money to again. I'd rather pay more money just to not support this company.

When dropped off the truck, it felt very unofficial. I left feeling uneasy if the truck was marked as returned. The associate didn't give me any receipt of return and did not go over the truck with me.

The only thing that could be improved upon, is probably out of the control of U-Haul. As almost all of the rentals I have ever had, were vehicles from the US, the speedometers are in MPH, which can make viewing your speed difficult at times. Faster check out Show the milage and fuel level before handover the keys and estimate Let client know on personal returns thst fuel is not exactly at the level if he or she will like to top up. Fabrice was a true life saver when another U-Haul location (& apparently all other locations) advised our planned rental was no longer available the day before our move. Only a smaller truck and a trailer in 2 different places were available, both an hour away. Fabrice sourced us a larger truck (which we ended up needing) and jumped through hoops for us! We also hired him + 1 (I've forgotten his name) to load our truck. They were excellent! I can't thank him enough - Merci beaucoup Fabrice!!!

I had an awful experience with uhaul. I booked a truck months ago and the truck was not available at pick up. Another truck was found a distance away but the location was closed. I had movers ready and booked and closing for my sale and purchase was on the same day and I had scheduled myself accordingly. My move was delayed by over two hours and it was an incredibly frustrating, awful moving experience. I will not be recommending or using uhaul again.

Better customer service. The odometer reading wasn't recorded properly and we were going to be charged for mileage we did not put on. Thank goodness we had recorded it before we left. We had to suggest that the customer service rep do a walk around the vehicle with us to record any issues the truck could have had. Very slow.

Have someone who can speak proper english and make sure he isnt baby sitting his baby. Also the rates were extremely expensive. I paid $500 for 19.99$ truck. I will never do business with Uhaul agian as I feel they ripped me off. Did the exact same move on a different date with Discount and they charged me less than $70 for the same amount of km.

Booked a 26 foot U-Haul truck from this location using the online site, got the confirmation from Uhaul that the truck would be there upon pickup date and time. when I arrived I was told the biggest trucks they had was 20ft. Not too happy with this as I had to make two trips because the truck was too small.

Lets just start at the begining. I called UHaul a month before i moved to book a truck, wanted to pick up in My home town, and drop off 10 minutes from my new house (we were moving an hour away) everything went great on the phone call, i even explained that i was picking up a truck 15 km from my home and they offered to add an extra 15km to my total so that i could get it to the house and start fresh from there. I wanted the pick up to be for 4:30 wednesay evening and drop off 4:30 thursday, No problem! So we had 73 km to get there. Then 3 days prior to my pick up, i get a confirmation message on my voicemail, the message states - we do not have a 26" truck in your area, the closes one is in (insert town name here), also i see you wanted a 8:30AM pick up but preffer 9:00AM So we will change it to that, I've added an extra 30km to your total so that should cover the trip to your home, and a 30$ credit on the account. First thing im thinking is, what the f&$# that location is an hour drive from my home.. and its 45km away not 30... and gas! Plus a 2 hour trip out of my day to get it! (Driving to the location and back) AND i did not ask for a 9:00AM pick up?!? ok, so i call them back thinking this is not what we agreed upon.. the lady on the phone could give a flying F what i said "you have to go where the trucks are available" .. well i was never told this, i assumed they delivered where trucks are wanted/needed. (Shame on me i guess) and then i said well the 30km and $30 is not going to cut it, your going to have to do better.. she tells me i have 84 Km total now... wait what? Thats only 11 more then before.. wheres the 30? "Oh well you only had 54 to start" uhm no.. i had an extra 15 added so i was sitting at 73 before, and your not ripping me off of that, especially with all this hassel, so she agrees to proceed with that, and now we are sitting at 103 km. Doomsday comes to pick up the truck. My fiance spent 2 hours in the shop trying to get the truck, the printer was down, our contract was all messed up, the credit card wasn't processing, and they didnt have any record of our KM And told us all we had was 60KM to get to our house and then go to our new home... Uhhhhh were going to be traveling like 160km that day. So I call the number back i was speaking to and she tells me everythings fine and she will call the location to clarify, she comes back and tells me she cant get ahold of him and shes going to try again, then Im texting my fiance telling him the lady is calling and for the guy to get off the line, she comes back on, i cant get ahold of him there is nothing i can do, i tell her try again and she says well ive called twice now. I said TRY AGAIN. And she gets ahold of him and sorts things out. The truck was never inspected the guy just gave my fiance the keys and said take the truck. Then we get the bill the next day, and we got 19$ credit for gas NOT 30$ ... at this point i am just so fed up, i dont even know what to do... i am not im

When we went to drop off the truck there was no one at the location so we waited around 25 min and spent time on the phone with uhal trying to get it all figures out. Everything else accept the drop off was good.

Location is a bit hard to find without GPS. I would recommend to put U-Haul logo on the board in the plaza. Parking spot is dark. It may need a lamp post to keep the spot a bit brighter.

Get your act together for the booking process...was an absolute nightmare...took 3 times to get it figured out and confirm it...and even after that they changed it on me AGAIN last minute, informed me of a different pick up location so I pick the truck up, it was NOT booked for two days like I previously booked it for and the additional equipment was not on my order and had to be added at the last minute...then I get a confirmation text on the night before moving day to say that I am to drop off in another location...spent another 45 mins with two people to try getting it straightened out...but traffic was closed by the time I got the text....an absolute disaster! I used this company a year ago for a move and had MAJOR issues then and it was even worse this time around. I will not be using or recommending Uhaul to ANYONE in the future
