- The vehicle was not clean. Spilled coffee, dirty windshield (inside), etc. Appears to have not been cleaned in many rental periods. - There problems getting the transmission in/out of gear. - The key was difficult to remove from the ignition. - Ran well on the highway.

Our bill is wrong. I’m not happy. I will be calling customer service tomorrow. The starting kilometres on my final bill is incorrect. Therefore, we have been overcharged by a lot.

Figuring out where to park the truck was a little bit strange, but we got it done. I was having issues returning my truck by the web service, unrelated to this location, when I called U-Haul, they put in a bunch of notes, and then in the morning my contract was cancelled and I didn’t have to call them. Pretty great service if you ask me.

Well let's see, the truck had not been swept and the equipment was not loaded. I had to turn around and go back for the blankets and there were 5 in the bundle; not six. I have now had to pay for a blanket I did not receive. The agent did not speak passable English, initially refused to do the walk-around where numerous X stickers had to be added, and was grumpy and disrespectful.

The 26' truck I ordered a month earlier and confirmed 3 days before pick-up, was not available and I had to settle for a 20' instead. Other than that everything was great!

I was to have a 26 ft truck rented for two days starting June 27 at 8am. The night before was contacted the night before saying that a truck would not be available. I called customer service and found a truck south of my location in the next town. When I picked up the truck I was charged an extra $133.20 for the "distance rate" . This was a charge that was originally not on the quote from U Haul . Because I had to travel further I had to pay more. This not right . It was Uhauls fault that a different location had to be arranged. I believe the $133.20 should credited back to my Visa. Also the pickup location said I paid cash but I paid by Visa . Something fishy there !!!

Store manager did not arrive until 10:45 am. My pickup time was 9am. I was paying my crew for 1 3/4 hours for nothing.

Horrible experience. I had selected my preferred location as Newmarket and yet I had to pick up my rental 45 minutes away from the preferred location. The Uhaul individual who called me was beyond rude and I was very tempted to cancel my reservation because of the horrible interaction. In addition, the starter kit that i had ordered was not available & I had to go find one at the hardware in some town 45 minutes away. I never picked up my starter kit, it was charged to my credit card and I have not been able to get my money back. I will never use Uhaul again!

After paying a deposit I used the trailer and upon returning the trailer. They could not use the debit machine to refund me my deposit and they did not have any cash on site. I was told I would receive an e transfer for my deposit refund but that has not happened either

Make sure all information is given to the client. When I called UHaul to rent the truck initially, I was given a cost of 194.36 and that I could pay by debit. However, I was NOT informed that if I was paying by debit, a 100.00 deposit was required. I had to get the UHaul employee to sign me into the internet and ask my son to borrow the money. If I had of known, I would have had the appropriate amount of money on hand.

It was a terrible experience the trailer that was assigned to us when it was hooked up to our truck the lights didn't work, the 2 one the brake lights worked but not the running light finally the 3rd one worked over all it took us over an 1 hr to get a trailer
