I needed a truck with a ramp. I thought all trucks typically come with ramps. I got to my pick up location, to pick up an 8foot pool table and it was them that I found there was no ramp. Otherwise, equipment and staff were very good and courteous.

This location was not my choice. Selected a location closer to home, and then was called by a Uhaul employee saying that location was closed. Employee was kind of rude, informing me that I was mistaken, that I had never selected a location. Also, dimensions of the van were different from those online as it was a different model (GMC vs Ford) . I will look for other alternatives before I use uhaul again

Check uhaul site, i used gps and ended up in los angels where there is no 940 w florence. Make sure site indicates inglewood and perhaps a cross street. (West of la cienega maybe).

The vehicle was very dirty outside when we picked up. The ignition was a little difficult to use because it was worn out and getting stuck. But the pick up and drop off was very easy and straight forward.

I am being honest here as i have never wrote a poor review about anyone but unfortunately, The employee in this location was really bad, rude and did not help at all. When i returned the truck, she was supposed to finish my return and done with it 1st and then she is supposed to help the next customer. But instead she kept me waiting for like 15 minutes and told me that i will finish the next customer return at once and kept me waiting until the customer picked up all her stuff and then she told me to go and meet her at the office another 5 minutes. Even my dad told me how come she is serving the other customer. She was supposed to give you your recipt first and then we hit the road. My father waited for 20 minutes in his car. I believe the location is fine but not visible and really confusing in regards to parking and returning the trucks. Thank you. Please i dont want any trouble for the employee. Just wanted to let u know so you wont lose any customers because the service is always great at u-haul and i always recommend u to friend and family. I am still and always will be a loyal customer to uhaul.

So I moved Sunday, October 1st and I had two WILDLY different experiences with uHaul in the same day. I had made a reservation for a 10' truck to be picked up at 10:15am at the Hollywood Way location. When I arrived, I was told the truck, which was supposed to rent was supposed to be returned at 9am and still wasn't there. No one called me to let me know it hadn't arrived, so I drove all the way out there just to have to turn around. I moved as much of my stuff as I could, but ultimatley needed something more heavy-duty than my Prius to haul my bed frame and mattress. So I once again put my faith in uHaul, this time the Inglewood location, and they totally came through for me. The rental process was easy and affordable, the gentleman I spoke to checked that they had a van for me ON-SITE before I booked, and everything was total smooth sailing.

The app you have built sucks! It wouldn't load my verification code so I requested another and that didn't work. I repeated this process serval times with no luck. Then I decided to call in, that was a mistake bucause no one could help me, I was transferred to four different people and when I final got to some one who could help they couldn't look my account but do to a system error? All in all I wait around for and hour and a half trying to get this stupid app to work and it just sucked. Wasted a lot of my time and set me back on my moving day. Poor, poor, poor customer service.

The van I rented had a horrible smell and the black mat in the back was sticky and dirty horrible customer service I told the person at the front desk the car was dirty and he said it smelled clean to him unacceptable!

The Self Service option was difficult, confusing signup info. I was provided great service from the woman who was working on Sunday, 9/10, so was ok not able to use Self Service.

I was told I could "have" the truck until Tuesday 9/5 (Monday was Labor Day). I was NOT told that the drop off site was NOT open on Monday and that it did NOT have a key drop box. After going round and round with the people on the phone, i was forced to store the truck overnight and drop it off the next day. Horrible experience on a hot and humid and tiring day.

Notall employees are professional at this location. If it is a customer's fault for extending the truck rental at the last minute and causing the truck to be overbooked by other customers than they should just explain things professionally. Having a bad attitude and blaming first customer just makes two unhappy customers instead the one that got overbooked. Even if I have to pay a fine for returning the truck late the receipt should say that and not cleaning fee. It should say late fee. This is a questionable business practice.
