Got charged for a dolly I did not receive in the truck at all
shauntasia R.Two complaints. #1- The truck floor mat was not very clean - had mud on it both sides. #2- My agreement was made on the phone and I was told that I could drop my one-way truck off in Union City. That was not listed on my contract. The Mitthoeffer Rd. office did not show Winchester, IN as a U-Haul location on their computer screen. It took a phone call to rectify this. Too much reliance on cell-phone app.
DAVID D.It is very frustrating for those who are not computer savvy. Renting Uhaul should not be this hard and difficult. The clerk or attendant should be customer friendly and willing to help first-time renters.
