Not a bad place. Small just parked the U-Haul where I thought best. Needs more signage closer to road! It's easy to pass as you go around curve.

A bit hard to find in GPS. Drop off instructions should include reminder to drop keys off in drop off box.
anokwute C.The drop off location was to be open until 4 but when I dropped the vehicle off at 2 it was closed so I used the drop box - more important, this location in Indy is in a very bad part of the city .. otherwise the experience was 5 star 👍
Lindsey K.I had requested 10 furniture pads when I made my reservation days before and the rep said he had to throw what he had away because they were unusable but I was never told I would not have the use of them so I took the truck to the loading location and drove my car 14 miles to get them. The truck had trash inside the cab and in the cargo area.
