Scheduling a pick went well, however, I rented cargo van and it wasn’t clean at all. The previous renter had pets instead because it’s was dog hair everywhere, and the vehicle smelled of it. Also, the tires was low, I was told afterwards because of weather, which is ok, but I would have thought they would have done a safety check on the vehicle before sending it out. Lastly, make sure you check the gas level with them. I believe there was a discrepancy, however, I didn’t notice until I drove off.
TALISHA RThis was the first time I have ever rented a uhaul and things went very smoothly! Pick up was pretty easy, driving took a moment to get used to but all good. And drop off was pretty easy also. The only thing I did want to mention was that even though the truck was pretty clean, as far as trucks go, it did smell like there had been horses hauled in back. Being that the location is by the fairgrounds we thought this was quite possible. As I said, just wanted to mention this. Thanks for your help moving and the office support with my questions! And we have one or two more move days so we will be reserving again real soon!
