The only reason I picked up from this location is because the truck I was supposed to get from 6014 Michigan Road Indianapolis was not there when I went to pick it up. I called customer service and someone from the location had modified my reservation the day before and I was not notified, NOT good customer service. The agent I was speaking too, located another truck 5 miles away and I was able to go there and pick it up.Jeff M.

The respresenitive, Zach/Zack was rather rude to me and my boyfriend when we came in to purchase the uhaul. He said we appeared suspicious and had us verify our identity with someone? Does this happen all the time or just when they feel like it? It should be everybody, but even still, it was very insulting ... I was anxious because I had about 800 things to do today, just now sitting down at 11:30pm. He didn't try to make us feel welcome, rather made me feel like I should go elsewhere.. but we needed the truck and had already arranged it. I understand needing to keep an eye on your trucks, but the way he presented himself was insulting to me. Also, he offered a discount on storage... literally after telling him we were moving in today. He said, "sorry for being a dick, I'll give you a discount on storage".... we don't even need storage. Gee thanks, Zach. Not professional at all. He was rude and made the start to my moving very stressful and upsetting. Thanks for listening.Sheena W.

I had to check in the truck after hours and using the online check-in was very challenging. I spent a long time trying to log in, reset my password, etc. Once I downloaded the app, it went pretty smoothly. It would help if the instructions recommended downloading the app at the beginning.Karen H.

There was 1.5 - 2â€ of water in the back of the moving truck. We were picking up a wooden dining room table. We had to go to CVS and pick up large trash bags to lay down on the floor and then utilize the 6 moving pads to try to not sit the table and 6 chairs in water. What really aggravated me was when I turned in the vehicle and mentioned to the lady TWICE that I hadn't planned on that expense thinking that she would â€œ make an adjustment â€œ for my inconvenience it was as if I never said anything. She said â€œ I will tell Kyle when he returns. â€œ I brought the vehicle back and parked it in the same location that I found it. Put the paper windshield cover back and locked the vehicle. Kyle was the individual that I dealt with when I picked up the vehicle. Very thoughtful and professional. I reserve comment regarding the lady. First time using the app. Honestly I am not sure that I would utilize U Haul again. Budget is across the street. I am 68 years old and I am of the era of customer service.Michael W.
