Can not think of anything. Even thing was excellent.
johny H.Customer service was efficient and knowledgeable. Van was not clean. Placed tarp on floor to avoid getting white powder or dirt on my stuff. Miscellaneous pieces from previous user rolling around.
DEIDRE K.I was charged in full for a Uhaul truck rental that I could not use. After speaking with call center, I was misdirected to return rental under the impression that I would receive a refund to exchange the rental for the one I needed. The employee at this location misled me to think I was getting a refund and was not helpful in resolving the issue at all. I have submitted a dispute for the charge with the home office and am still need to reserve a truck rental.
