It took about a half hour to get my vehicle, eating in heavily to my reservation time. The place was understaffed for the demand of people there. I'd recommend to a friend they try another location in case it's faster before I recommend they do what I did.

Nothing much, service was great!

Camille D.Dropping the trailer off on the road left me a little unsure about theft and being responsible for theft. Could not find directions for where to park it on the app or postings on fence. Had to call U-Haul customer service which was very helpful.
