Manager was accommodating and professional. But he was also fifteen minutes late and I was left standing out in the cold. Further, once inside the security gates, I was trapped and had no way out until another employee came into work and the gate was opened.

The gentleman who attached our ball hitch to our Yukon forgot to put the cotter pin in. Our trailer fell off of our vehicle about 129 miles from our house - in the dark- in the rain. I think you might need to make sure you have workers who know what they are doing.

This location was fine. Not late night drop off. Not the fault of this location by the location at southern plaza should be rated zero. They didn't have the trailer that WE reserved and had to burn 1 hour round trip to travel to this location to get the trailer. Oh and customer service on the phone is a zero out of 5 too.

The person helping me pickup and drop off the car was very friendly and made the process really easy. I appreciated his attention to detail and the time he spent explaining things to me, to make sure I was able to get the most out of my rental experience.

Get your placement process right. Overall this was a very poor experience. I placed my reservation to be picked up at a location less than 1 mile from my home 3 weeks prior to needing it. The day before I was texted to go to another location 10 miles away. On the way to pick it up was texted to go to another location. Turns out, they could not provide me trailer and told your traffic group as much when my order got transferred there. They then sent me across town (another 40 minuets away) to get the trailer. If I didn't need it like I did, I would have walked away. Really poorly done process overall. Guys at the final place that had the trailer were respectful and handled the transaction well to be fair. .

Literally so unsafe to drop off at this location. Do not go alone. Do not go at night. Do not bring children. Even in broad daylight I felt unsafe here. It is located in an alleyway and there were drug addicts loitering outside of the property during my drop off. There were also teenagers riding bikes up and down the street with gun handles hanging out of their pant pockets.

Pick up location was horrible!! I was over charged and also charged for insurance I didn't authorize!! Complete Rip off!! I've been renting from the Corporation for over a Decade!! This will definitely be my LAST time doing business with them!! They have no empathy or compassion for those who keep the Business running!! I've been trying to contact a Representative for days about my reimbursements and have heard from NO ONE!… In return OVER DRAFTED MY BANK ACCOUNT! I'm disgusted… disappointed and appalled!

The location was difficult to find. It did not help that most of the streets around it were closed for maintenance activities. The truck itself drove fine though the "check engine" light came on shortly after we left town and remained on the entire trip.

The guy that helped me was very rude and dismissive. When I first went In to let him know we had a trailer to drop off he got short with me and said he was coming. We couldn't get the trailer backed in where he wanted it and he said “this is bullshit”. He got in our vehicle to back the trailer up and he kept getting rough with the gear shift. He got frustrated and got back out of the vehicle and said again “this is bullshit”. My wife told him he was being very rude and he said thank you and walked away.

More information about after hours drop off. This facility is gated and can't be accessed after hour's . It was not explained that the truck could be parked on the street and keys placed in the drop box. So I had to wait until the next day, and delayed my trip to drop off the truck in person.( this facility opens up at 930am)

This was an intercity Uhaul location with high fences. No inviting but clean and organized.

Trailer was very poor quality, terrible customer service. Hauled the 6x12 trailer for 45 minutes and had to make a new moving plan and rent a Pod instead because the trailer wobbled so bad it was dangerous to drive. Uhaul refused to reimburse us after we spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to return the trailer. Absolutely will never use Uhaul again, it was a complete waste of money and a terrible customer service experience.

Service representative very difficult understand and had a very heavy accent. I rented the truck for 2 hours and was overcharged for 2 days and was charged for insurance. I was not informed of this charge. I called the service representative who corrected my invoice after I submitted photographs of the truck parked outside buil location, the mileage, and the time I returned the truck. I would not recommend using this location again.

Very sketchy neighborhood but did see several police drive bys which was comforting. Drop off was way easier than pick up. Got charged for clean up fee when the truck was completely clean and had been swept by us by us. Called customer service to get removed

I made reservations 2 weeks in advance and needed an appliance dolly for my move. When I arrived there was no dolly for me and the guy told me I would have to go to Lafayette Road to get one. I refused to pay the extra mileage in the truck to go the opposite direction I needed to go for U-Hauls mistake.

do not go to the uhaul place at west 18th street. I literally rented a uhaul didn't even haul what I needed because it didn't fit and Parked the van in the drive way. Where I parked each time, there was not one thing that could have hit this car unless something fell from the sky. I pull back in to deliver the van early and notice the guy looks directly at the headlight … come to my driver side and say that wasn't there! Then quickly started typing in to write up whatever. I'm like I didn't even hit anything there is no possible way I could have. The car has been parked for hours in the spot that he says is damaged was facing the building with no option for anything to hit it. after i go off I'm he tells me the system does it owns thing and will submit to insurance and insurance will take care and I don't need do anything! I'm like naw that don't sound right I rent all the time for my studio and this has never happened. My dad says just file to insurance. And he would have to prove that I hit it. I'm like ok. But I didn't. I feel like he was predatory because I was a woman. I go back to ask if everything was fine and he said ok. I look in my account and this dude charged me 211 dollars without a receipt for a 3 day rental they I only had for 3.5 hours and 2.5 hours was spent Parked I only found out about the amount after refusing to leave before I got one he wasn't gonna email it. After I made him email me I noticed guy charged my account twice! On purpose. He didn't even report it to insurance he just wrote in some damage number and then after he went to go put a sticker on it. Told me he couldn't print anything out when previously he did when I picked Up the vehicle Don't ever use this uhaul place or uhaul period
