It took me approximately 10 minutes to get the lockbox to open, as it was not functioning properly. Additionally, the app would not allow me to complete the check-in process, so I had to call customer service and have it handled manually by a representative. Lastly, the cab of the truck had a noticeable cigarette smoke odor, which was particularly problematic for me due to my sensitivity to it.

I was told the truck had a ramp. It didn’t, which was a problem. Also I couldn’t figure out the mileage at first because of a warning message.
David YLocation is okay for what it does - tiny office for process and hand out keys. Van was extremely dirty on the outside and the cargo mat was covered in a thin layer of dried mud. The odometer constantly read "service engine oil soon" so I had no idea how far I had gone.

The building managers were very helpful and so was the representative when we called UHAUL. The man in charge did not even apologize. It made us late for work. Truck was unlocked, back door was open, and dirty in truck. Will not rent from there again. Will continue to trust UHAUL because of past experiences. Easy check-in and out.
