Didn't have a clue what I was supposed to do! Next time I'll have a better understanding- It took me a whole hour to figure out how to get the code to the lock box so I ran to the truck for four hours but I really only got it for three and I didn't get everything moved that I needed to.

When dropping off, no one came out to look at the truck with me to insure no damages. I took pictures in case something happened to the truck after I left.

When I got in the UHaul the fuel gauge was incorrect, it had much less fuel in it then the sign in process on the U-Haul app indicated it should have and I reported it. After returning it, I was charged about double in fuel charges and there was obviously a mistake as the total was 100 bucks for using the U-Haul for an hour and a half driving a total of about 19 miles. I disputed the extra charge because of the error, and was told they would get back to me in a couple days, today I woke up to an email saying they just charged me the same amount without my permission or letting me know anything.

The mobile check in feature was exhausting. While I know you need to protect your interests, I would have liked to have known it would take so long to check in. There was nothing on the website or the app that let me know I was going to have to run through all these prompts and pictures it took forever and we were late. Not to mention the truck I reserved was not there and I had to call customer service.

Staff was nice and accommodating to my needs, will use this location again.
