the local rental center called on May 4 2018 at approximately 6:30pm to notify me the reservation was being cancelled due to me not picking up the truck At 5:30 pm May 4 2018, however my confirmation email from March 31 2018 was for May 5 2018 @ 8:00 am for a 24hr period along with 12 furniture pads and a furniture dolley. When i spoke with the rep on friday evening i was informed the reservation was from 5pm friday until sat at 3pm he continued to be rude until i read my confirmation email. I finnaly was able to get the truck reserved but the rep didnt include the pads or dolley. Saturday morning i went to pick up truck and a friendly Female Named Sherry met me at the rental counter. when i asked about the pads and dolley she informed me they were not included, but stated she would gladly comp them upon return. On Sunday May 6 2018 when i went to the center i met by John the Mgr when i informed him of why i was there he became aggresive and told me i wasnt entitled to any refund due to the equipment being available but he only had one in center if a customer had arrived before me i would have been without needed equipment for my move. i am very angry with the service of the U-Haul center known as Beechgrove in Florence Ky Richardson rd and will not use u=haul again Robert Story firstname.lastname@example.org

Nothing. Used the early check in, walked in, grabbed the keys and drove off. Only very minor issue is the website states they open at 9, but they were there at 8, opened and ready for business. I could have started earlier, but no big deal really.

I was only given 99 miles to make the journey. I took no detours: I drove to my old house, loaded, drove to the new house, unloaded, drove to drop off the truck and filled up gas at a station on the way there. It registered 101 miles. I was initially billed for the overage. Setting the mileage so tightly is not consumer friendly at all. Consider a 10% cushion. I was fruatrates that I did everything as efficiently as I did and still couldn’t stay under the limit. I was grateful when I received my bill that the salesperson had given me a refund to offset the two mile difference.

Don't overbook yourself on rentals. When I book a rental for 24 hours I do not appreciate being told numerous times I had to have it back before then. I told them I would try and the gentleman told me, no it needs to be back by 3pm because someone reserved the truck. Well that's what I thought I was doing too. Oh well. Won't be back. Movers I hired through u haul were amazing though.

They way over charged me with the which I have documents for they refuse to even acknowledge the fact that they were wrong even though I've rented from them a couple times in the past and planned on running to from them many times in the future provided that one of the company's I pick up my material from his right around the corner from them and I've spent well over 50 Grand and materials in 3 months and I've had to rent your equipment to transport that and now I have to go elsewhere because I refuse to deal with those people again even though I showed them the receipt showed them they were wrong show them everything they did wrong she refused to do with me she refused to make things right and I do not do business with people like that that's bad business all the way around as a business owner I would never do anything to that extent to any of my customers regardless of the situation so no I would never run and I'm going to make sure that about at least a hundred people a month do not rent from them anymore

They were great. Called me the day after my rental and asked if I needed directions to their location. Gave me the hours of operation and told me about the after hours dropoff location. very courteous

I reserved the unit for 24 hours and was later contacted by another person stating that it had to be dropped off by night time because it had been double booked. I was not informed that rental insurance would be applied to the account when picking it up. Upon pick up it was stated that it was mandatory. After receiving my bill and calling the location to discuss this I was told that it was optional and was requested by me or my fiancé who was also present. Moving is expensive and any savings helps. Just a frustrating situation.

Just one complaint-we were told over the phone that a 17-ft. truck was reserved for us to pick up the next morning, but when we went to the location there were no trucks available in that size, so we had to go with a 15-footer. Other than that, we were treated very respectfully and were told we could keep the truck until the next morning at no extra charge.

The staff always friendly and helpful. If I ever need to rent again I will definitely go to Beechgrove Storage. Improve your online reservations. I reserved a van online and I chose Beechgrove but it was sent to Elsmere location. I was lucky that Beechgrove had the van available. Thank you!

I was charged for insurance I had said no to. I had cash because I wanted to get my $100 deposit back. John, the owner said I needed more because I wasn't charge taxes. So my grandson, who had picked up truck, called and I gave him credit card number for $50 taxes. John, the owner put the whole amount on my card instead of using the cash that was laying in front of him. He said we would not get deposit back because we didn't pay with cash. The cash money had been shown to him and he still charged my card. He was very rude to me on the phone and rude to my grandson. I will be calling corporate office on Monday. I was overcharged by about $200.
