I attempted to change my reservation after I picked up the trailer. I called the store at 7:10pm, they were closed so i went to your National Call center. They could not help me and directed me to a 800 number to the scheduling department. They were also useless. All I was trying to do is change from a round trip return to a one way out of state

I rented the truck fo 2 days on 2nd day truck was not running right so i dropped off at different location place was closed left note and instead of being charged 181 dollars i was charged almost 600 dollars

The only issue is, upon arriving to get our truck at 8am, there were about 6 people ahead of me and one sales associate. This caused at least a 30 minute delay for me which was extremely frustrating. But it was wonderful that when I got to speak to the sales representative (I actually interacted with both after the second arrived) they were pleasant and had great customer service.

Not only was equipment defected & the employee failed to note that until I pointed it out, the facility had the nerve to charge me for 53 miles when I only drove it 22.4 miles. Then I got charged for extra gas too. This location is a fraud & completely dishonest. It's my 3rd worst Uhaul experience. I'll never rent from Uhaul again. I have to report this fraud to the authorities.

They didn’t have the equipment in the store when I went to pick it up after making the reservation with several days in advance. They send me to the Massachusetts Avenue location after I made the reservation at the Hyde Park location. When I got to the Massachusetts Avenue location the equipment wasn’t well maintained and they told me to go next day in the morning because they were going to close. I told them that I made the reservation with several days in advance and that I couldn’t left without the equipment that I was leaving to Texas overnight. They gave the equipment without maintenance and the information wasn’t found at the dropping location. The worse service I ever had and driving 29 hrs to have this misunderstanding made it even worse.

The pick up location in Hyde Park was great, however, I am unimpressed with Uhaul overall. I wrote an email last wk and never heard back. I scheduled my Uhaul on 6/18 for pick up and drop off in Quincy as that was where I was moving my stuff. 2 days before, Uhaul called and said my equipment was not available and I had to go to a different , far more inconvenient place. When I asked to speak to a manager for some sort of monetary retribution I was told that they would call me in 48 hours- I was moving in 48 hours. So, thank you, Uhaul for making a stressful situation even more stressful.

I was ok until I rebated the vehicle , what I didn't appreciate is they on more than one occasion was telling me to return it by 7pm. Maybe I'm wrong but aren't rentals overnight if you like ?

I had a reservation on-line but when I picked up the truck I got a different price and wrong destination address which caused incorrect number of included miles.

I reserved 27 footer truck and I had a confirmation the night before when I went to pick up the truck they told me it's not available. I drove from different town to pick it up while there is a Uhaul location in my town but they didn't have the the 27 footer . When I asked why they didn't contact me to tell me it's not available ... the answer was do you want the smaller truck or not . Very rude unprofessional , I had to pay for all the miles since I had no other choice ...
