The Uhaul representative at the counter dismissed my concerns about double payment, cutting me and my partner off whenever we would attempt to interject a word into the repetitive monologue she must repeat to every customer. Extremely poor experience - it felt as though she were trying to get rid of us as soon as possible.

I liked how easy it was to rent a vehicle but there was lack of explanation on how to return the vehicle. I was a little confused about that process and even though the lady’s inside were nice the gentlemen outside gave a mean look and that’s why I went inside to ask instead. This was my first rental and I would rent again but better customer service is appreciated.

In no part was the representative helping me at fault, but you need to improve your POS System. I had to try to credit cards that would not go through and this delayed my departure thus delaying my return time. I loved the truck. Brand new is always nice.

Everyone one in this location was very helpful. I received better comstomer service from this location than the 800-Go Uhaul.... the staff help resolved my issues with the booking allowing me to still get the free storage. Uhaul you must do better. The only reason I kept this Oder was that I needed the storage also. You hold time is long and your over all service was poor. However the girls at the my bropoff location notice an issues and seen my streee level rising, so the work their best to fix it. That was really good.

The service clerk was surly. The manager who processed my refund (due to exchange of a truck) was slow, unfriendly and uncommunicative. Moreover, he did not refund the correct amount, withhholding (for example) the cost of the blankets which I didn't use due to my needing to upgrade the truck size at a different location. Decidedlly unimpressed with this location. Only one of the three or four staff with whom I interacted was friendly and helpful.

Give more attention to the customer. Actually having the key to the truck I had to get a new truck and start the process over I had to find my own truck and was told to come back to the store so I can pick up the key. The fuel on the truck was nearly empty when I picked it up. This made the process of moving way later than expected.

1. Fix the credit card payment devices, they're loose on the stands, they flash the "processing" message even when not being used, just generally in bad shape. 2. When I stopped in to do the paperwork to get a storage room (utilizing the free month of storage) that I reserved when I made the reservation) because I wanted to empty the truck after hours (so people to help didn't have to take time off work), the man at the desk first told me I couldn't get a room without the truck being there. When I pointed out the ridiculouseness of that -and he bothered to look it up, he assigned me a room and i signed the contract, then - knowing I was coming after hours - he did not tell me that there were restrictions on where to enter after hours and what we would need to do. We got there before closing but had not finished when we were told they had to lock the only door I knew of. Luckily, these evening employees were much more helpful and assisted in finding a solution to the problem caused by the morning employee.

Your in store staff are amazing. Helpful and efficient and very kind. And it’s a good thing the people are so good because mobile check in is an absolute joke. To ask for 2 people and call them to verify my identity, after already taking pictures of me and my license? Most people I know don’t pick up the phone for strange numbers. If I had known ahead of time I could have let them know to pick up, but really that shouldn’t even be necessary. We have zip car accounts and use car rental agencies with mobile check in and this level of verification is not needed. Worst yet, the process wasted 15 minutes of my time before we got to this ridiculous step and realized we were better off checking into the store. Do better UHaul!

I have rented at this location before and had a very good experience. Yesterday when I returned a rental van there was no where to park it where the gentleman told me. Also, he was a bit rude and did not treat me as I have been in the past. Finally, I was billed for 2 days when I returned the vehicle well within the 24 hour period. If my money is not returned I will DEFINITELY be calling the BBB.

The counter employee asked me to pay $40 more only because I was 15 minutes late. I had to ask for a manager so he can tell them that it's fine to return within an hour of the time slot.
