They installed a hitch and ball so I could tow with a suburban. They didnâ€™t install the safety pin and I almost had an accident on the highway when my towed vehicle and dolly became detached at 60 miles per hour. Iâ€™m glad to be alive and quite angry about the incident.

They tried to overcharge me and was saying i drove over a hundred miles,and i only went about 32miles.Then they said that the system showed that I didnâ€™t return the truck. They clearly had me under the wrong truck ,this issue is going on a week and still no resolved.They have to be more detailed and organized.

I rented the truck and a dolly thinking I would use it , but ended up getting 3 movers they didnâ€™t use, on my way to return the truck I bought gas worth more than I was giving way more according to the guy who received the truck upon return, and told him about the dolly he said his manager should be able to fix it, only for me to speak to him politely about not using the dolly and he responded rudely that it doesnâ€™t matter I felt bad because I knew he could fix it.... did I mention that when I rented this truck on Saturday the lady Ortega if Iâ€™m correct with the spelling forgot to put the dolly in the truck and she told me to come back she would minus the mileage for me, they didnâ€™t do that open return.

I made an online reservation for a 10' truck. But two days before picking up, I was told there was no such a truck in the location near my and I had to pick it up in a different location. What she did not told me was that she also changed my reservation to a 15' truck, which caused a lot of problems for me. I was given a 15' truck at first. Because it was too big for me to drive safely, I returned the 15' truck, rented a 10' truck, after I spent a few hours and ran among three different U-Haul offices. Even though I already finished my trip, an invoice for a 15' truck is still with my online account, indicating my possession of the true. I called a few days ago but nothing happens. Can you help me?

The check-in process was a bit delayed as I was not aware that I needed two confirmed emergency contacts before I could rent the vehicle. I would have preferred being made aware of this requirement ahead of time (in order to save time when we arrived to pick up the vehicle).

The staff was courteous but the trailer I rented was defective. We had a hard time getting the jack to retract but finally did. I took the trailer off of my hitch at my house I was unable to get the jack to retract when I tried to reattach it to return it. Had to have hauled off by a wrecker.

Was a freak show. Took an hour to process paperwork to rent a pick up for 13 miles and 2 hours. People were incompetent with their procedures. Last time we will EVER use uhaul. Was a nightmare

I initially reserved a 5x8 trailer at one location. I got there and was told there would not be one available. The clerk sent me to another U-haul location. The trailer that was hooked up, fell off of my vehicle as I was leaving the parking lot. When I arrived at my destination, I called the 800 number to get a location for drop-off and was told it would be open. They were not. Tried to check in the trailer using the link provided to me--not doable. Horrible experience all the way.

I was overcharged but decided not to make a big fuss about it I won't go back my receipt says something different then what was actually taken off the bill was 92 I was charged 106. Never again
