peace c | First ImpressionsMy U-Haul was broken into and I was not given a key for the new lock they placed in it nor was I told of a time limit I had to come by. I stop paying because it was broken into and was told I cannot file a claim even though I had the insurance. I have short term memory issues from an accident and was told I had no options to file the claim. Not good business. The manager also lied to me and told me she could not tell me what was left in the shed until I told her some things I had in there. Then she said, “ oh yeah the maintenance guy said there was (insert items here) in the shed when he put the new lock on.”
