Great use of technology. Only minor issue was the right rear turn signal was out which made driving extra challenging. I notified location rep at drop off. CHIBUZOR I.I would say clone Tee! When I arrived the line was out the front door, it was the first of the month, that's to be expected. However, Tee assisted EVERY customer in a timely manner with grace! She was multi tasked in a way I've NEVER seen before. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She definitely needs a raise & to be acknowledged for her hard work. As a UHaul customer, I truly appreciate her. And also the gentleman that was working the returned vehicles was great as well. I didn't get his name, but I know he's fairly new and is of an African decent.

There was no additional information provided that an additional charge would be applied for dropping off the uhaul at a different location. The different location was provided by uhaul via text instead of provide the location on the contract.

When the truck break down U Haul act like it's your fault. Road side assistance won't help in a timely manner. Then you are out on the road stranded for over five hours. Then, when it come to handling a problem. Austin wanted to handle everything except the issue. Austin think it's ok to treat people poorly and tell them they are complaining because UHaul left them outside for over five hours stranded. You have to look at the issue what if it was you stranded. How would you want to be treated.

I went through the online process, then had to repeat the exact same process at the office. Wasted a lot of my time. Your 3 phone number requirement makes it impossible for folks with only 2 phone numbers: another waste of time. Once at the store your system would not allow me to use the same alternate phone number that I used online. My items are now safely, and easily, stored at CubeSmart. With only 1 phone number required. My required alternate address was not accepted, though I have used it for 10 years for every other company I have done business with. support@uhaul.com link does not work. Waiting time to talk to someone has a 20+ minute wait. Invest in some competent IT people. The counter folks, and the Chat folks online, apologize for your IT incompetence with the comment that they don't know what IT is doing or why, and they feel real bad. None of which helps. Please let corporate in on my dissatisfaction.

Good till May 3 but checked out April 14, 2021. Did not get reimbursed my two week over pay. When asked for copies and to sign that I was closed. Told they do not do that. Asked about taking my credit card off files was met with resistance. Was told by phone they had referrals for moving. Called back and was told they did not. Despite the fact that I was Quoted $245 that was extra for putting the bed together. Uhaul gave me a number. They were only the people to move but they did not have a truck. The folks at this facility appear to know nothing. Unable to give correct info. Not able to locate my reservation and horrible with customer relations. This was a nightmare.

After submitting these (I had now been in the cold rain for nearly an hour bc I had an Uber drop me off), I was told that they couldn't verity my Id or some nonsense which is ridiculous bc there is nothing wrong with my id. I was told I'd need to come back. I wasted over $20 on Uber thanks to this. The next day, I made a new reservation, but when I showed up to pick up the truck, I was told there wasn't one available, even though I called in ahead of time to make sure. I told the guy I would take any of the sizes since there were many on their lot, I was simply told no. I forget the excuse this time. I have been renting from Uhaul for years and I've never had a problem before now. Once again, I was out another $30 for Uber trips. Not only did I lose all the Uber money, but I also missed out on getting the couches that were being given me. I so very disappointed in Uhaul, and I feel under-valued and discriminated against.

On my move out day, 2 days before due date, I advised the lady I was moving out and then days later I receive a notice for payment then late payment. Not to mention that day it took an extra 20 minutes to gain access to my audit because the card didn't work yet again. I had to pay movers for that time. I will never again. And this was my 2nd time using this facility. Last was 2017. The experience then was mediocre, however I decided to give a 2nd chance. Never again. I don't have time to waste.

I had a girl that was half asleep that took 20 to 25 minutes to figure out that we already had two storage units and we're well established as customers in your facility. But the bottom line is whoever it was that checked me into my unit number for 4403 at the beginning of April was simply not very good at customer relations
