Needed 24hr feature added to my account. General manager had to approve to do. Found out after 30 minutes of being on hold with uhaul. Was at unit before 10p. Took a while to place heavy metal tools on 4 Dollys only to find out the elevators access denied. Got storage online because the staff at facility was going to be gone before we could make it there. Staff forgot to tell us we couldn't add the 24 access feature to account online. Had to reload the heavy metal back on top the trailer and return the next morning to have feature added and get items into storage. Then I found out they didn't even have a general manager. Availability was good, but one thing I noticed when loading my trailer with heavy items, all the tires were a little low at around 40 psi (max inflation was 65 psi), and one tire was at 20 psi before I aired all four back up to 60 psi. Otherwise the equipment was in good functioning order.Daniel O.

This is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. This is the shadiest deal I have ever dealt. They gave me a truck that was not checked on, fuel on E that was very convenient and a mess in the back of the truck Employee was very lazy to get the truck checked out and handed me the key with out documenting that the Fuel was on E. Once I returned the truck â€œTâ€ as what she goes by was very shady at what she was doing I took her to the truck to show her the things that they failed to do and told me if the trash is in the back why didn't I throw it away like it was my job then tried to charge me more then what I already paid. I found out later that the new spot was actually larger than I needed but had no choice at that time. The only other unit that was available in the correct size had a pole in the middle. The 6x12 we rented was not clean at all - when I opened it up to load household furniture, we discovered that there was mud, dirt, stones etc inside, which we cleaned. It looked to me that the trailer was used to haul gravel, and the previous renters did not clean it at all. It was filthy. That said the attendant was very helpful to hook it up, and ensured all lights worked, and safety chains properly attached.Bret F.

Great technology on the part of U-Haul corporate. Mobile pickup was smooth. Great pro activity from U-Haul corporate in transferring the rental to another location. Thanks he 20' truck drove very well - great suspension and breaks. Everyone was wonderful. Tremendous experience all around. Loved the timely and efficient mobile pickup validation process. Great use of technology. Only minor issue was the right rear turn signal was out which made driving extra challenging. I notified location rep at drop off. I would say clone Tee! When I arrived the line was out the front door, it was the first of the month, that's to be expected. However, Tee assisted EVERY customer in a timely manner with grace! She was multi tasked in a way I've NEVER seen before. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She definitely needs a raise & to be acknowledged for her hard work. As a UHaul customer, I truly appreciate her. My destination drop off listed was Lakeland but I received a text with a different u haul drop off location in Bartow. The location I received via text was closer to my residence. There was no additional information provided that an additional charge would be applied for dropping off the uhaul at a different location. The manager zerik marves and staff are rude and Incompetent I paid my pass due bill 2 days before I came to upgrade to a larger unit when I arrived my unit was still locked and I had to wait for someone to unlock it and I was told I wouldn’t have to pay the difference for the upgrade until next months bill. while I was transferring my stuff from the smaller unit to the larger one a staff member came up to me and said they would have to lock my unit backup and I would need to go talk to someone up front again when I got to the front desk the manager zerik said I would need to pay the difference now I explained to him what was told to me and that I had somewhere to be and did not have time to be going back-and-forth with him he then told me “this is not McDonald’s and it’s takes more knowledge to transfer the storages” and I said that had nothing to do with me because I don’t work there zerik then went on about how his employees were Incompetent of doing there job and that They needed more training which again had nothing to do with me.Adam C. | Overall Experience
