I mistakenly got dropped off at the Uhaul location in Kakaako. I had to Uber to the Storekeepers location (which was actually closer to my home) for pick-up

Check inside the vehicle to make sure that the vehicle is cleaned. There was small trash that was left inside the van I used and had to clean out myself before I used the van to transport storage items.

I have been informed one thing over the phone resulting in something different on the pickup. Even worst, after returning the pickup truck and returning it that night dropping the key into the box to be sure it was returned by 7:30am, I stopped by the storage location to collect a receipt and was informed the pickup truck was returned dirty and they charged a $75- clean feet. We washed the pickup truck the night before returning and it was cleaned. The local person in the store started showing me pictures of something he said he took, and as I claimed it was cleaned and returned he started to cuss using the "F" word and calling me a liar. Furthermore, he was demanding me to return a part I had picked up from a close Uhaul storage. Not sure why Uhaul hires such rude staff, but a complaint about how I was treated is in demand. Please advice where I can report this complaint.

Sam at the check in office was excellent. There were 4 clients in line and he kept effective communication with all. It made us feel important . (one employee was sick) Truck was equip with a hand-truck and padding if needed (for a fee). Very convenient.

Mention the "tow/haul" button on the gear shifter. I accidentally hit this 3 times when shifting from Park into Drive, and the change in engine noise was alarming until I saw the indicator light and figured out what was going on. Small thing.

Mats and dolly was already in the truck. Was never told that if i used them i would get charged. I dropped off my truck after hours and was charged $10 after the fact. Not a cool way to do business. Had I been told that when i signed the contract i wouldn't have used them. Not good business ethics in my opinion.
