This location did not have a zack to raise the trailer off the hitch, the business was very helpful in coming up with alternative solution. Uhaul should provide the right equipment to it locations to ensure no one gets hurt having to lift the trailer off the hitch.
The lady at the front door was so RUDE to me. I just got a question fro her and she just turned me down. No good customer service.

I had reservations at one location and was sent to 3 different locations before I got a truck. Once I checked out we never did a walk around but noticed the gas was very different I went back in and was told the forgot the gas was different and he couldn't change it. Not to mention my price was changed for the truck 3 different times. I called customer care and was on hold for over 30 minutes. And nothing was corrected
The mobile pickup process my truck was not ready at the time I originally requested and it took me and hour to pick up the truck. The experience was horrible overall

Insure that part of the checkout when renting includes the padlock that is connected to the truck to secure the cargo door. I luckily didn't use the lock as my move was literally down the street. The phone call the next morning insinuating that I had somehow lost a key I know for a FACT never existed was rude and insulting. Be mindful of your customers. I'm a honest person and pride myself on that. Also, utility dolly, furniture dolly. same things. stick with one title to avoid confusion.
