Great location for my in town moving and storage needs and very friendly people providing outstanding customer service. Austin is the current facilities manager and is very helpful and keeps a clean facility as well as makes sure that he satisfies your storage, packaging and moving needs.

Good customer relations
The storage co was great and I was so relieved soneone was on site to manage my transaction. Otherwise, I would not have been able to access and use the vehicle. U-Haul's site was down. So using my phone to access the vehicle and check-in was impossible. Storage site employee said other customers were having the same issue forcing another customer to abandon his attempt to pick up his 7pm vehicle reservation & show up early the next am when the storage site opened. Ah technology. Also, the U-haul app changed my vehicles fuel level from 1/2 tank (which I verified at pick up and the attendant had written down) to full. He's the one that caught it. So, I would have been charged for an extra 1/2 tank of gas. Did I mention U-haul also switched locations and vehicles on me at the last moment? They allowed me to access a location of my choosing, that had been aparently closed, and pick a vehicle that was supposedly available. Neither of which was available and was rerouted to the next nearest location and had to try and figure out a next appropriate vehicle. Crazy, inefficient business model. Won't be using again.
The crew members gave excellent customer service, very polite and sincere. I would for sure use this location again.

Honestly I don't know. It seemed like a nice location, but I dropped my truck off with self-checkout on my phone in the middle of the night, so I didn't go inside or talk to anyone. Can't really make any judgments.

Drop off location was very nice, and was soooooo simple. Only issue was an awning in the parking area, which was lower than the truck. I didnt hit it, but I could see how maybe a less experienced driver wouldn't notice it. Friendly staff!
I was amazed to find that the four employees weren't wearing masks and I didn't see any evidence of cleaning/disinfecting materials within sight. The only people wearing protective gear were the other customer and me. I made sure that I used disinfectant on my hands before entering the truck, but then wondered if the truck's surfaces had been cleaned.
Everything went very smoothly
The online app for signing in is useless. I correctly filled out the forms three times before my sign-in was accepted and I still had to go inside to complete the rental, so what is the point of the app? When I called to schedule the rental I was told to not go inside, and that once my online reservation was completed someone would come out. But they rearranged the store to allow customers to come in after I reserved a van. I had to call the store to find out that they changed the rental process even though the associate working there walked right past my vehicle and did not say a word about coming in. At least the van I reserved was there, but they failed on making the whole rental process simple and a pleasant experience.
This entire experience was very frustrating. The staff was very sweet but I was not informed that my card would be charged an additional 80 dollars as an authorization. Staff just seemed inexperienced and maybe needed some more training but I am moving on a tight budget and this created a huge hardship for me. I also had to drive about 8 miles out of my way because they forgot to give me my tape and I was charged for those miles.
Only issue is location. Hard to get in & out of. Great service.
For online self pick up, tell people what they need to bring with them. I didn't know I needed my passport or a person up to answer the phone for verification of alternative contact. None of which is needed for in person pick up
