The staff at the front desk was extremely rude, playing on their phone instead of helping us and refused to change drop off location. I understand I made a reservation but it was late at night after blowing my tire on the freeway and a little customer service could have changed that.

Make sure the computer works. I reserved everything online and it still took about twenty minutes to complete my rental. Then I had to wait at the trailer because no one was notified to come and help me. ??

An employee should check the mileage, gas level, and condition of the vehicle with the customer instead of depending on a link. This would greatly improve the level of service at this location.

Jay the manager was rude when pick up the truck and over charged me said “what got my goat” he charged me a cleaning fee because my return was delayed because of my husband being a hurt vet I asked so I get charged for days and a late return fee/ cleaning fee that he is making his own rules I’m very disappointed since this manager has come to work at this location I have rented over dozen times and I don’t think I’ll be coming back since a manager gets to change rules and be rude to people I expect a phone call from GM to resolve this issue

Up date computer systems or improve internet access. GREAT service, but the employees were slowed down with computer process. This caused delay and service and time. Customer representative did a FANTASTIC JOB !!

I made a reservation three days in advance. I had to wait in line for one hour to pick up the trailer. Drop off was very fast and efficient, however.

Customer service was short and rude. "I don't know why they (corporate) sent you here since we don't have a truck". This was after I had already gone to my scheduled location and found out there was not truck there either.
