Love Uhaul, have rented a lot over the years and will continue to do so. This particular location had some challenges. Staff not trained, trailer had issues with locking to hitch, not their fault. Appeared to be a very old trailer

Did NOT drop it off in Highland Home Al. People didn’t understand the process and were VERY rude!.. People at this location gives U-Haul a bad name!!…Had to drive 28 extra miles to a location in Rutledge, Al.
leroy nThis is the worst uhaul place both times I drop off here there's a issues 1st time I went in and talked with person working and they had me move trailer 3 different times so 2nd time I dropped off I did self checkout and someone called me and said I had to come move the trailer if not he was going to charge me to move it I put trailer at the back of the parking lot next to a uhaul truck I told the guy that the return was complete and closed out and if he charged me I would report them for fraud this location needs to be shutdown or it needs new management who knows how to talk to people without threatening them
ERIC MI had to go to the middle of no where to a gas station for pick up. There was an elderly lady who was the cashier and couldn’t help with equipment. The owner called on the phone to interact. Sanjay Patel was unprofessional by not being there in person. My truck was dirty in the back and up front. I’m used to a much higher standard with moving company’s. There was no one on site to help with trailer hook up. I won’t be using again.
