Horrible experience. Equipment was damaged and they shrugged it off. Very rude when I tried to return it. When I picked it up, he had to change my info so I could rent it even though I did this exact setup over a year ago. They don't need to be U-haul reps!!!

I've been here twice now to drop off U-haul and equipment. It's not a fancy place, it's located in a rural setting but the owners are very nice and easy to deal with. Parking the truck here is easy due to having plenty of space to turn around in.

Poor service in returning the trailer. Had no idea how to disconnect the trailer from my vehicle. Took approx 20 minutes to unhitch the trailer.

I picked up and dropped of the rental on 8/1. Today on 8/11 I received an email stating that my U-Haul was just turned in today and I am being charged for additional days. Maybe the drop-off location should check their U-Haul return box daily and not when they feel like it. My god, how can they not see my rental trailer, it was parked at the door!

Terrible, had to wait over an hour. None of the paperwork was ready (we were the only customers there). The equipment and truck size we order was not there. I can go on and on about how poor of customer service we experienced.

I am totally dissatisfied with my experience with U-Haul! My reservation was set for Friday, July 22nd at a location in Troy, Alabama. I reserved a 10' truck. I received a phone call from that location the night before confirming my reservation. The next day I got an email which said that my 26' truck was ready for pickup at a location 45 minutes out of the way. Not only was the truck I reserved given to another customer, but I had to go out of my way to get a different truck and a much bigger truck! I didn't need a 26' truck. I can go on and on about how dissatisfied I am, but your space is limited. The bottom line is that if I ever need to rent a truck again, U-Haul will be the absolute last place I go!! I feel that we should be compensated for our inconvenience!!

These people are very rude and could care less about their customers or your business. When there was a problem with the number of blankets to be returned the person behind the counter could care less how it was resolved as long as I paid. I asked if he would call the place where I picked them up because there had been only 5 in each bag and apparently there was supposed to be 6 and he refused. When I tried calling the original location nobody would answer the phone. I paid and left with a vow to never use either of these locations again or in fact this company.

I reserved a trailer days in advance for pick-up in Montgomery, AL. Confirmation email indicated trailer was "gauranteed". Got there, waited in line 30 minutes at a very understaffed location, only to be told trailer was not available. Had to drive over 50 miles round trip to to get another one. Poor customer service at Montgomery. I will always seek other options first before using u-haul again. Very inconvenient experience.

He did not even go out to truck to check it, He did not give me any pads which I ordered. I was suppose to pickup truck in Prattville, Al 45 miles north He would not add any mileage. He changed drop point from Quincy, Fl to Tallahassee, Fl 35 Miles

The pickup location representative took 45 minutes or longer to get me on my way with the truck. He did not know what he as doing and appeared to be lost with the registering system. It took 2 people to get registering done. I am very displeased with this location's performance and that goes along with their terrible customer service skills.

There was only one person at the store running the counter and he was unable to help me with the trailer, fix the lights and the amount of time required to complete the transaction was over an hour because of the internet connection. All the information that I had put into the reservation had to be reaccomplished.

the dealer refused to help me attach the trailer to my truck. the trailer wheels were between two gravel humps and would not move easily and in trying to hook it up myself i scratched the back of my truck. also i was there for well over an hour waiting for him to process my order, which i had already reserved online, and he continued to serve his other gas station customers through the whole process while i waited.

Ensure equipment is in safe, working condition. When picking up at this location, the windshield was so severely cracked that the heater blew glass shards.
