Know what you're doing! I paid $20 extra for help with the tow and the guy had never done it and had no idea what to do. All he basically did was the chain and hitch on the truck. My reservation in Florida was botched, the dolly was available and never told me until I asked them!!! I will never rent from uhaul againASHLEY R.
#1 I was told wrong in regards to the gas mileage.. I put more gas in it then when I got the truck. But I got overcharged. The customer experience was poor. Basically told me I was a lie. I will never visit this location againJACOB J.

Checkout of the equipment was great both times. The return process was more difficult. I have rented twice from this location and their return stall was occupied both times. The first time I parked on the side to not block the driveway and was told I needed to back it up and move it into the stall after they were done. The second time I was condescendingly told I didn't understand their billing process. Given the amount of people in line I am assuming they were just incredibly busy.NATHAN S.

When I applied for the rental I had a local pickup location chosen within a few miles of my home. I had to drive an additional 30 miles to pickup this vehicle. This caused additional expense and time during our moving. This is very misleading when renting.Robert B.
This survey is nonsense and so is U Haul. The locations I worked with were helpful. However, I will never use U Haul again. I did not feel like I was treated like a customer. Every request I made of U Haul's customer service department was ignored and most of the people I talked to were poorly trained and did not seem to know their jobs. I use rental vehicles all the time and this was the worst rental experience I ever had. I will no longer use U Haul and I will discourage everyone I know from using them. In fact, if I have future rental truck needs, I will be willing to pay more if it will spare me the hassles of doing business with this very poorly managed company. U Haul treats people like links in a revenue chain, not like customers. Avoid suing this company if you can.Shields B.
I asked for a dolly to move my big items and was charged $7.00 for the item. The U-Haul employee confirmed that I had asked for a dolly when he was ringing me up and going through the paperwork. He then pulled the truck around and told me that I was good to go. I left and then received a phone call from the U-Haul employee telling me that the dolly wasn't in the back of the truck and that I could come back and get it. I was already about 15 or 20 minutes away from the store so I asked if he could credit it back to my account. He said he would take care of it, but when I returned the truck and checked in, it was still on my account. I still have not received the credit to my account and I also put this in the comments when I returned the truck and checked in. When will I receive the credit for the dolly???JEFFREY G.
My issue is not with the location, but with uhaul. I made my reservation 4 weeks prior to my move date and received a call the day before my move telling me that I had to drive 1.5 hours to pick up my truck because that was the closest one to me.PENDA J.

I was in an out of the facility in the shortest possible time, everything handled with precision and top shelf customer service. This process was so easy to reserve online. I called ahead to ask questions during my online reservation and the person was so polite and helpful. We we arrived at our pick up time, the staff was so friendly and took care of us quickly. He explained everything and made sure we understood what to do with the truck. The truck was clean and they also pulled it up to get it ready for us to pull out of the parking lot. When we arrived back to return the truck, the process was also very quick considering that they were very busy that afternoon. This was a great experience and I would recommend your location to anyone especially given how friendly and helpful everyone was. We will be using your location again when we move into our forever home :)MATTHEW H.

Dont overcharge after giving a quote and dont change rate plan in the middle of contract without advising the customer. Fix the numerous problems li gems with your online after hours pickup app. Its absolutely horrible and takes hours to do. I am done with Uhaul going back to my commercial account at budget. That way I have full disclosure on the rate and have no ridiculous bill when I return. Just plan theft.SYLVIA M.
