The truck had a check engine light on it as well as I was overcharged for the gas. I put it past where it started.

Walter CFirst, we reserved our uhaul online for a location closeby. They called the next day saying the nearest location was in Hermitage (20 minutes away), they offered a 20$ voucher for the mileage that would be incurred. We arrived on time to pick up our U-haul for our move. The shop opened at 8:30am and we were there at 8:15, we waited until 8:30 to go in. There were two employees there but they informed us that they could not give us the uhaul we reserved, it had to be a specific employee. We waited for her-- she arrived 15 minutes late and we got our truck at 9am. We returned the uhaul later that afternoon, dropping the key off in the orange box as directed for an after-hours drop. They called me today (two days later) asking if I returned the keys. I said of course I did, I dropped them inside the orange box. They frustratingly said it's not in there and that they checked it 5 times. I said I'm not sure what to do about that I dropped them in the box and that they can check the cameras to prove it. Later I get a call saying they found the keys on the ground somewhere. So now I look at my receipt saying I drove the Uhaul 88 miles. The total distance of my trip from master muffler to my old residence, to my new residence, to the 7/11 4 min down the road from MM, to the final destination MM, was 55 miles. I'm wondering if whoever dropped those keys on the ground drove the Uhaul because that mileage is nowhere near accurate. I also filled the tank to the halfway point as directed before returning it-- yet they charged me $28 for 6 gallons (apparently gas costs $4.67 a gallon). And no, they did not apply the $20 voucher I was given. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
