The mileage on this truck was incorrect. Wrote a note about it and still got charged an additional $150. There was nowhere to park the truck upon return so I had to leave it in the parking lot of a liquor store. Very dissatisfied and will never return to this location again.Tonell H.
Upon returning the vehicle the location was closed. I return the vehicle within my 48 hour rental agreement but since no one was there to greet me they charged me a $20 after-hours fee there was a man sitting on the inside but would not open the door. They also charge me extra mileage I took a photo of the mileage that was on the vehicle prior to me driving off and after I returned it they added three extra miles on there I only live a half a mile down the street and they charged me 3 milesJacquline S.

I was charged $20 for furniture pads that were not provided for my move. I had to go purchase these from another source. I have made this aware to UHaul at least twice but was still billed for those on my credit card. Other than that, the rental experience was hassle-free.Mike T.
I brought the truck back at the fuel level I was given it on. But for some reason I got charged $20 for a fuel charge. I contacted customer service multiple times for a refund but I haven't heard back. I called the location itself and stated my issues. The guy said they didn't take a picture of the fuel level when I brought it back even though they should have since they claim it wasn't brought back at the same fuel level. So now it's just he say/ she say they have no proof on what fuel level I brought it back on. This location sucks!Corey C.

Truck was dirty. Mud was all in the interior. I was told that a 10% military discount would be applied when I arrived. When I arrived, I was told there was no way they could apply the discount. If Uhaul truly offers this, I deserve to have it.LAVELLE M.

The site would not accept my location. After trying for 25 minutes I called Uhaul and stayed and hold for 28 minutes. I used chat which took longer than the estimated time for them to respond. I left the location after waiting past the 3 minutes it said someone would respond. I do NOT think I should be charged the extra money. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location.DIANA S.

Checking out on the U-Haul website was a disaster. I spent 20 plus minutes on hold with no answer with customer service because the location was unable to find me even though I had gone through the steps to ensure every setting was correct. Fortunately, my son's phone was able to get us located and checked out. This process didn't even work on my wife's phone and is a major flaw.ERIK L.

Make sure the customer understands to check out on the lot upon return of the U-Haul and not stick somebody with a $20 fee. Plus I filled the vehicle back up to where the gas was and you charged me for two more gallons. That's also BS. You should fill the trucks up and there's never a question about it. Just a way of scamming people out of extra money. You should check my history and see how many Uhaul's I've rented in my lifetime. It'll all be in your system. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Btw, the front-end needs a â€œtoeâ€ alignment. Both tires are wearing on the outside.Tim W.

I rented a vehicle viva the internet. I declined all additional insurance coverage. I rented the truck for a 24 hour period picked up a 8;30 on 6/15 and returned same a 7;30 on 6/16 using the after hours drop off service that was offered. When i received my email receipt I had been charged for 2 day rental, an insurance charge and a $20.00 fee . I called the local rental office and was told the manager was on vacation and couldn't issue a refund for these charges so I needed to call U-Haul. When I reached customer care my wait time was 57mins. I would like one day, insurance charge and the $20.00 charges credited back to my CC. Graciasroger H.

I originally placed the order to pick up at a location closer to my house but they called me with 2 days notice to let me know they didn't have the truck I needed and would be moving my pick up to Master Muffler. I was so pleased to have been given notice of this and when I called Master Muffler to confirm, they were very friendly and helpful. Computer system was delayed at pickup and out of their control, but overall the service was excellent.KACEY K.
truck was not clean. windshield dirty. the girl at the desk was a bitch and got her daddy cuz I complained about have to do everything online. I am a sr citizen and not tech savvy and I hate these lazy people who are impatient with us. I prefer the location at the bigger u-haul up lebanon rd. their customer service is outstanding. we only had 11 pads in my dozen order bundle. They would not perform an inspection of the truck despite us asking for one. The woman working the office appeared to be on drugs and was very frazzled. The trailer was damaged, making it difficult to use. The truck's rear door did not have a lock. One of the trailer's ramps did not lock in the out position. We scheduled a car trailer, then a few days later I was informed I would have to go to a different pickup location to get the equipment I requested. On pickup day, the location said the reservation was for a dolly, and not the trailer. This is not what we requested. I will not be using U-Haul again. Shitty equipment. The people at both locations were friendly and helpful, the only positive parts of the experience.Reid M.

I arrived at my schedule pick up time only to be told the van wasn't back yet. I finally received it several hours late which threw off the entire day's plan of people helping me move. I ended up moving my 3rd floor apartment by myself. i understand this was out of their control; however, I was not notified of this until I showed up, then the customer was called and they said they needed a few more hours. I was offered a larger truck but I am not comfortable driving that in an apartment complex with no where to park itSheri S.
We had to pick the truck up before they opened. We ordered a dolly and is was not in the truck. I called the day before to make sure there would be a dolly and I was promised it would be in the back of the truck. I called your 800 number and was on hold for over 30 minutes and finally hung up. Family run muffler shop. They were nice but area you walk in was full of inventory and not much room. They read our contract wrong and told us we had to call uhaul to work it out.. We were on hold 20 min for rep and they said Master Muffler was reading contract incorrectly. It took 45 min to pick up Uhaul truck which is longer than normal.Raymond J.

There were no turn-in instructions available on the login page since I returned the vehicle the same day as I picked it up (returned two days early after the business was closed). The only instructions available were for pickup. I don't know where I should have gone or what I should have done since only pickup instructions were visible, but I was slapped with a $20 after hours fee for not finalizing turn-in online. No after hours personnel were contacted and no additional work was created for them. They got more revenue from me in extra gasoline I provided since guessing how much to pump would equal 1/2 tank is near impossible, and then they charged me $20 for turning in 2 days early. There was some confusion about the reservation and I think I ended up overpaying. The girl was very nice but was having trouble with the system software. In the end everything was fine and the price was fair. The 26' truck was perfect for our one way interstate moving needs.Timothy B.
