They screwed me over on the gas. I put EXACTLY the amount that was in it when I left but they charged me $11 for 2 gallons. BS

Rex M.Excellent experience with this rental at this location. Completed the reservation and registration on line, including drivers license and method of payment, before showing up to the store. Vehicle was ready and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Same experience upon vehicle return, very fast and easy. Random charge for $2 showed up on my AMEX the next day, may have been nice to know what that was for, but no big deal. Overall I'd rent from there again for sure, couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.
