A lot of homeless hanging around, several needles seen on the property, the equipment was super filthy and i think had dried blood on it.

The customer service agent told up they didn't have any 15 foot tricks left even tho the agent on the phone said they did that very morning. Also, she told us that she would have to charge us for a 20 foot truck when we ended up getting a 17 foot truck (we measured the inside). It took so long to get the truck that we were late arriving to pick up our cabinets and had to come back the following day to get them, which in response to that we did not have enough time to take over our patio furniture with it like we had planned. This is the worst experience that i have ever had with a uhaul service. I am very upset and disapointed.

Horrible customer service!! Every single person i spoke with on the phone or in person had attitude. Every one seemed like they are very unhappy with their their jobs and life in general. I definatly will go to Hertz next time instead.

My reservation was at 10 am on a Saturday morning at the end of the month. There was one guy working to check people out. I had to wait in line for 50 minutes to get my truck. I was told I could use the mobile app to check out faster but it didn’t work and kept telling me to see a clerk. I will not recommend this location or will I use it again.

The gal at this location checked my truck back in quickly and easily, and even checked the cab and found my water bottle I'd left in it. Drop off was a breeze!

I made a reservation to be able to show up, sign the paper work and be on my way in minutes. That was not the case. They did not have my truck ready for me to pick up, though they had an extra hour to get it ready. Not till after we did all the paperwork did they realize that the truck had no gas. So they took 40 mins to take the truck to go get gas, when they knew ahead of time that I was coming to pick up the truck. I had a scheduled moving crew to help, and was late due to the lack of planning and preparation of the staff here. They didn't have any sense of urgency nor were they apologetic for taking so long to get gas and not being ready in the first place when I did make a reservation. I will not be using this location again. I'm very disappointed. I'd greatly appreciate a response from the company or the general manager of this location.
