They did Not Check The Truck in until 3 hours after I Drop it off... I Called The 1 800 phone Number And They Told me that I Sill Have the truck and its Was late About 3 hours... Very Quickly To Get Customers Out...

The customer service at this location is horrible. Staff treat the customer as if they are doing you a favor. No greeting as you walk in, staff continue to look at their computer, act bothered when asked for help to check out truck, talk to fast when explaining terms, do not communicate well when getting the truck for the customer and what the customer is supposed to do, are very unfriendly and unprofessional on the phone, and do not value the customer.

I had a one way rental trailer and no one told me that I had q free month of storage. Because of that, I had to rent a different storage so I could empty the trailer and return to the uhaul location. When I dropped it off at the Beaverton location they told me that I had a free month of storage.

The computer was down when I dropped off my truck. The young man, I believe his name was Anthony, refuse to give me any kind of receipt for my returning of my vehicle. When I questioned this, I got an attitude. Bad service!

guest service from the rep @ the counter was just rude. Employee was not happy nor did they approach any customers in line with "eye contact" when asking "I can help who's next".. no smile, nothing. just rude. Did not do a walk around of the rental. Did not offer insurance, just said "initial here, sign here".

Made a reservation for a 9’ van. Upon arrival the worker non chalantly mentions that they do not have any available. Had to make a second trip because I was missing a foot of space. I did not receive one apology for this inconvenience. Would not recommend this location, and I will not be returning.

I had a reservation for a 17' Truck starting at 9am, with advance express reservations. When I got there at 8:30am the line was long and I did not get to the customer service rep until just after 9am. The customer service rep (although pleasant) told me I had no reservation for 9am but I had one for 5pm. Then she said they had no 17' or 15' trucks. There were at least 20 Trucks in the parking lot of the 15 and 17' type. So she rented me a van. After the hauling I broom swept the van at the end of the 3 hour window, The U-HAUL place charged $80 to clean the van. What a rip off place that was. I'm going to fight this charge with my credit card company. I have my reservation and the bill to prove what I am saying. This place was a TOTAL RIP OFF.

The side mirrors cannot be adjusted. I am very short and could not see a thing on the right side. Unable to manually adjust. Very dangerous. Staff super friendly.

Gas level was lower than the contract stated. A worker stopped me and hand wrote the change in Hayward. The contract should been updated. When i tried to self close, the app tried to charge me for not filling gas to the incorrect level. Be that as it may, customer service was 5 star assisting.

The Hayward location did a good job of handling my situation after the Livermore location dropped the ball and cost me considerable time and mileage. I had reserved a trailer for San Ramon and u-haul directed me out of my way to Livermore. After waiting almost an hour past my appointment for the one person behind the desk to wait on me, she said the trailer hadn't been returned and, after some phone calls, directed me to Hayward to pick one up. So, Hayward location was good, Livermore poor, and U-Haul in general has a management and communication problem with customers.
