The burden of liability could potentially fall upon the customer if there is no secure drop box. I left the keys in an unlocked drop box and parked the vehicle across the street as instructed. Anyone could have stuck there hand in the drop box and I would have been charged?

I would like to recognize a gentleman named Vincent at this location. He was so nice. He took the time to give wonderful customer service and really had humanized thr experience vs going to a cookie cutter place and being rushed through the process and only saying things that are required. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but will recommend this location because of Vincent.

The clock on my rental started when I walked up to the counter. I arrived at 11:40 AM for a 12:00 PM rental. It took the counter people and the yard people 40 minutes to process my paperwork, hook up the trailer, and then I had to wait until the yard was clear enough for me to have room to drive off......at 12:10. My contract said that I had to return the trailer by 11:40 AM or I would be charged with an extra day. I don't think it is right for U-haul to charge me for the use equipment when I am not able to use it......specifically when it is sitting in the yard while I do paper work and then wait for your yard to be clear enough to drive off. If there were a competitor for trailer rentals nearby, I would very likely try them next time and then give them my ongoing business, if they were even just marginally better.

The owner (man) was the rudest person He yelled at me for no reason and had just yelled at the customer in front of me.. If I was UHaul I would not this place be the face of UHaul Horrible experience

The first truck I was provided had a severely leaking gas tank......extremely dangerous. The replacement truck had a leaking cargo interior which ruined 8 boxes of papers and books. This is totally unacceptable and dangerous. My complaints (Customer Action File 1724036) were more-or-less ignored by the district manager, Michael Pulver. Overall a very poor performance and a big disappointment.

First, my phone reservation for a car transport was erroneously recorded as a9" cargo van. When I arrived for pick-up the order was corrected and then the yard tech incorrectly attached the trailer to my truck (coupler was not tight) which nearly caused damage to my truck and my race car when loading the car. The trailer came loose from the truck and just missed being rammed into my tailgate. When at the race track on my second day of trailer use, I noticed the right rear tire was at about 15 lbs of air. I filled it just before my drive home. Finally, I was told I could return the trailer at 7:00 on Monday AM but when I arrived at 7:15 the counter person, while there, said they did not open for business until 8:00. For $180 to rent a trailer for 3 days, I expect much better service and quality than this.
